When I first started wearing these shoes I was disappointed as they feel liflless and dull when walking but they change quite a bit when running and become way softer although till a bit firm but with a lot more comfort. The grip is really good so I feel safe in all conditions.Overall a deceptively comfortable shoe that's made well and will last a long time.

This is my first pair of nitro shoes, but it won't be the last, based on my initial experience. The shoe itself as light as feather, it bounces back from the ground almost like you would have built-in coils in the shoes. The mesh upper is very breathable, almost feels like you would wearing a sandal. In these you would go further and faster.

I was very happy with this purchase. A superbly built and incredibly comfortable shoe but with lots of room and plenty of energy and bounce. I hadn't considered Puma in recent years but will definitely be keeping an eye on their future output. Great value for money as well.
These trainers are very light and comfortable to run in . The angle of the inner tilting the foot forward can feel a little odd at first if you have previously been wearing flat inners . Look forward to plenty more runs in them
