Absolutely brilliant, this ‘key’ type drill enables access to very small spaces, far better than the keyless type. If you use your noddle and refrain from ramming it through a multitude of 25mm joist holes, you won’t be disappointed (I have a main’s right angle for that job) I feel it’s a specialist tool, which you won’t use very often, but when required it’s a ‘god send’ and a great tool to have in your arsenal - highly recommended !

Good piece of kit. I have wanted one for a while, but I had a job that only an angled drill like this would do, so it was time to buy one. The keyed chuck reduces the overall width of the drill enabling it to fit in smaller spaces than a keyless one.

Ideal for those hard to get at places, compatible with the standard 18V Makita battery system to a great addition to that collection.Powerful and versatile a great addition to anyone's tool kit, especially if you need to drill cable holes in joists!
Do a what it says in the tin..gets into tight awkward spots..Careful with fingers as it packs a bit of a punch..
The DDA350 looks small but it packs a big punch, very powerful when drilling and screwdriving, and as usual Super Makita quality. All my power tools are Makita and I have never had any problems.
This little drill has amazing drilling and screw driving power. I had no idea how useful it would be until I actually used it. Very good value and 100% pleased.
