I bought my double battery circular saw 2 weeks ago and haven’t stopped using it. I am so impressed with the performance and versatility of the tool

Cuts very well like a power version. Unfortunately goes thru battery’s way too fast. The little 165mm can do 4x as much cutting on one battery (not 2). Disappointing purchase returned and got the little 165mm DHS680 which does everything but the one pass 45degree cuts. Sadly this is the first makita product i wish I’d never touched.

I have been using this saw for a good while now , disregarding the 2 battery using saw, this saw is a beast literally, for me it lives up to the hype, equipped with a sharp reliable blade, and 2 freshly /fuly charged batteries, this saw is as "powerful as a corded saw", cuts and rips soft timber like butter,would recommend for those who want a corded saw in a cordless package
As always Makita is the best
Great saw with plenty of power. The stock blade is also awesome. So far I've mainly used this for ripping pine. No problems at all, doesn't bog down and the batteries last, considering how hard Ive worked it.
