The Makita BO002CG is an extremely handy and lightweight orbital sander that can be powered by a 40V max battery or via a PDC connector battery. By using a separately connected battery through an adapter cable, which can be worn on a belt, the device remains particularly light and easy to handle. This greatly facilitates operation. Excellent dust extraction is achieved through the base plate, which directs dust either into the integrated dust box or through an external extraction system. The latter can be connected to a vacuum cleaner via the Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) using Bluetooth. The sander's brushless motor is maintenance-free and known for its durability. Additionally, the constant electronics ensure a consistent speed, providing an even sanding result across various materials. The adjustable rotational and orbital motion further contributes to achieving perfect results.
