This is a good quality tool. I have been using it to cut aluminum and 20 gauge galvanized sheet steel with no problem. The one item ,not a real negative, it cuts a wider waste material cut than I had anticipated but the effortless ease of cutting long straight cuts is a breeze.

This tool is worth the money. It is easy to use, and easy to maintain. This tool is great for cutting long, flat pieces of metal, and will save time as well as save your hands as compared to using hand snips. These shears are not useful on 7/8" corrugated steel, for cutting 7/8" corrugated steel look for the Makita Nibbler Tool.
