I was worried it wouldn't fit our line trimmer. I asked for help. They assured me it would. Fit our Makita DUR364L perfectly.
Went straight on. No fuss. Too easy part as described
Unit comes complete with nylon cord and spring. Easy to install (though instruction sheet doesn't include diagram to teach novices like me how to detach unit to replace). Works really well as expected. Nylon line included is of good quality. Not sure why exactly but i did use up the cord much quicker than usual. Did a great job on the yard so well worthwhile replacement part for a very robust whipper.
Genuine product easy fitting and even had strimmer line fitted.
Second one I’ve had to buy not including the one it came with. Made of rigid plastic and breaks easily unless you gently tap it on grass only. Also this product is not sold in my local store so I have to special order it.
Love my Makita line trimmer and so glad I was able to get a new bumper feed head to suit.

I bought the trimmer with a cheap head absolute useless then paid more than double for a Makita it takes all the frustation out of replacing cord well worth it. Ron
