I love gin, and this is a new favourite. Not only is the bottle really nice but the colour is so inviting. Would be great as a gift. I loved the rich taste of orange. I had it with ice and tonic water, and it was absolutely delicious. I wouldn't normally connect Italy to have anything to do with gin, but this was really nice. Next time I will try to make a cocktail of it as suggested with prosecco and lemonade.

This gin is so refreshing. You can really taste the blood orange which makes for a really refreshing Summer drink. Perfect served with tonic, ice and a slice of orange, but equally good with lemonade for a sweeter option. Went down a treat when we had friends over for a bbq.

Gin has come a long way in the past few years and the fashion for fruity flavoured gins has given this spirit a new lease of life. I love citrus fruits and was keen to try the blood orange gin produced by Malfy. Malfy is a class act and the Italian style shows not only in the flavour but also in the design of the bottles. This gin is not only a joy to look at but it also tastes really good. I still favour tonic to mix with my gin and the taste of the orange just punches its way through to make a nice summer cocktail over lots of ice ? served with a slice of orange of course. I would definitely buy this brand again.

I love a citrus forward gin so this is perfect for gin and tonic with a slice of lemon/lime on a HOT summer day in south Texas. Whatever herbal components this gin has are largely overwhelmed by aggressive lemon notes. It reminds me of a vodka with a splash of limoncello added. Not a traditional flavor profile for gin, but I find it extremely refreshing and will be buying more. Great product. I look forward to trying other Malfy expressions.
In this unique gin, sweet and juicy Sicilian blood orange, with a tart back note of lemon, is mellowed by warm vanilla; the long notes of juniper counterbalance the sweetness and leave a subtle floral resonance. Combined with Mediterranean tonic, copious amounts of ice and fresh mint leaves, there is a purity in the vibrant depth of colour and fragrance that will transport you to Sicilian orange groves on a blissful summer day, where you can sip happily, in a moment of escapism, under a clear azure sky and a canopy of cool green leaves. Wonderful!
I heard lots of raving about this brand so I was looking forward to try this one. First, I had it as a recommended cocktail on website (minus the prosecco), it was lovely, refreshing, very holiday like drink but the lemon taste was little bit lost in the orange sanpellegrino, and a bit too sweet for me. The second drink was just with a fever tree original tonic, which was a perfect combo with a lemon garnish!. It's delicious, zesty, smooth lemon taste with a kick, not too sweet like liquors, it's still taste very 'giny' and you can taste the juniper. Quality gin for perfect summer drink!.. I would be buying again!
Refreshing flavoured gin. The bottle is nice and the gin itself has a strong orange colour which turns more rose when used with clear mixer like lemonade. The orange taste is nice and fruity without being artificial. I tried it with lemon san pallegrino as recommended but found this too sweet, instead I found it tasted best with standard lemonade, ice and couple of slices of fruit.
I was not sure what to expect with this gin as I normally don't go for the 'flavoured' ones but I thought I'd try something new on these warm summer evenings. I must admit I was very pleasantly surprised. The aroma is intense at first with a very clean lemon scent. Upon tasting the lemon is powerful but it subtly fades allowing the juniper, liquorice and coriander to come through.I finished off the evening with a Ciao Malfy Spritz. I highly recommend this - 35ml of the Malfy con Limone, 50ml San Peligrino Aranciata and 50ml Prosecco. Build it over ice, stir to combine and then garnish with a lemon wheel, blueberries and a little sprig of basil. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely buy this again.
This is the first time I tried a Italian gin, and it did not disappoint! Really nice and fresh. I had it with tonic water, a slice of lime and ice cubes, and it was really nice and round flavour to it. The gin itself ir really clear, and I love the bottle, it has a really clean classic style. The cork is one of the best thing with the design as it looks so much better than a screw cork. I really enjoyed this gin and it is great as a present as well as it looks really nice and is good quality.
Amazing option for botanical lovers. I consider myself a gin connoisseur, but particular botanical blends have different purposes and pair better in varying cocktails. This is an option for those who want a more refreshing take on gin without compromising its integrity. I personally pair it was ice and a splash of club soda. The citrus essence does the work for you. No need to overcomplicate the job or redecorate the museum.
