This works well with professional hair color. Requires no bleach or developer and is the gentlest color remover out there. Your hair will still need a nourishing deep treatment afterward but it will remove up to 3 levels of color each time it is used. Can be used multiple times back to back to lift more levels if needed.

This product really helps the color correction process become easier! It removes all the buildup and chemical that keep the hair from lifting correctly! Must have with a color correction!

I’m not positive which product this is, but I’m writing a review for the Malibu brand color remover packet. It worked alright and probably better than what you can get at Sally’s when used as part of the Malibu color preparation system. Which includes using the crystal gel. But they had a packet that was the actual color remover and that was pretty good.

I have severely dry, damaged, bleached hair. I mean it's super fried, so one day I decided I wanted liliac colored hair. I purchased a tube of permanent lavender hair color from my local cosmoprof store and went ahead and applied it as directed. Well, my results weren't so great since my hair was FRIED. The color turned by roots BLUE and my ends a sickly GREEN/GRAY color. It was gross! Working in a hair salon, I went to work pretending, like I meant to do that. Malibu is the OG hair treatment for any professional salon needs (since I’ve been doing hair at least). I haven’t been let down for any needs I’ve come across - Malibu has saved me many times!!

Burned my scalp.

I ordered this by mistake (thanks google). I meant to get CPR to help remove the semi permanent color in my hair. Not only did this do nothing, it burned my scalp after 2 mins. I hadn't chemically processed my hair since august, so not an issue with my scalp. Waist of time and money. You also get so little product 1 packet won't be enough unless you have a pixie.

This did arrive on time. This did arrive in the correct quantity. I was worried because of the seller reviews page mentioning single items instead of four but I didn’t have that problem. I got all four packs.The Walmart page put that it was usps so I couldn’t track it and got worried. Eventually I tried ups and the number worked fine. It said it was smart post but actually ups delivered it a day early. I was so glad.This does work as does cpr and removed all the dye even henna from my hair. Follow directions to a T and use water not developer and it’ll work. Use heat constantly for 15 minutes like hold a blow dryer on top of the bag that’s over your head. It works! Bleach free too.. Great product to remove any remaining toner on the hair. It is a little drying on the hair but a good conditioner after does the trick

Worth every penny!

This product was recommended to me by a hair colorist who has worked in Hollywood. It is the best product for getting a good fade on previous color existing on your hair before you color again. This product prevents color build-up which can lead to brassiness, dryness and or too dark ends. My hair comes out feeling great and looking primed for new color. It feels soft and strong. The process can be repeated and alternated with shampoos. Best of all, it is easy and safe to use, leaves skin soft as well!ALSO, I have been able to lift color applied within a few days either completely out or to a more manageable shade, so it's good to have around for color emergencies!
