There are no real flavours to it, for a pho. It's totally overpowered by aniseed. Shame. Not for me I'm afraid.
I’ve been eating these for years, the broth and the noodles are delicious. The broth is seasoned amazingly well, a lovely taste. This is actually better than some pho I’ve eaten in restaurants, it’s that good! My friends put me onto these noodles and I haven’t looked back. It’s a good sized portion too, if feeling extra I add sliced already cooked seasoned beef, spring onion, a boiled egg, chilli oil, & beans sprouts to make it even more filling. I would definitely recommend stocking up on these! There’s always left over broth, so I add boiled basmati rice to make a broth rice stew, yummy!
I love this product! It's the best! I recommend it... I jazz it up with fresh mint, coriander and basil leaves. Once I finish the noodles, I add more rice into the soup... Thanks, ASDA and Thailand!
