Bought this item based on the reviews and of course mama’s & papa brand. Absolutely love it on the first day but after a month the music sound changed from twinkke twinkle little star to a weird noise. Today the manual key stop rotating. Don’t know what to do. Will i get a refund as this item is expensive and doesn’t last for 45 days

for £35 i am honestly disappointed in the plastic item. The mechanism that plays a tune does so for less than 15 seconds with a full wind up. the chinese junk that you can get off Amazon does a better job.we shopped at mamas and papas expecting a premium product- again an expensive disappointment.the stitched item is nice - but then you can get a much nicer one from Etsy.overall the item as a mass produced product is too expensive for its expected outcome.
