I have received this device as part of the review crew and was initially very excited with the idea of a 2 in one device for face and body. There were very little instructions in the box and I did what I imagined would be correct. The body function is very strong at any of the levels, even with a lot of moisturtiser. Also, for the price it is quite a good option as microcurrant devices can be very expensive. So, assuming the buzz I felt was microcurrent, this is affordable.

I’ve always been a huge fan of all things Manicare…. But this one I didn’t really love. But it totally could be user fault. I’m rather uncoordinated and once you add a ton of moisturiser to the mix I became slippery and unco.It took a while to get use to using it correctly. I didn’t really see any change and I used it for a number of weeks, hoping for some miracle. Again this could have been the user. It’s meant to be used 3-5 minutes on the same target area but for me that a LARGE area and probably would take an hour just on one leg ok so that’s a tad dramatic. But the use of so much moisturiser just made me so slippery. The biggest advantage of the device is that it’s USB chargeable. The product also contains a rechargeable USB Cable which is so good and doesn’t need you to go searching for yet another USB Cable! Note that the product is recommended to be only used with moisturisers and not with oil as EMS doesn’t conduct through oil. After a period of regular usage I now use the higher setting with no issues at all. The consistent usage of the device has resulted in firmer skin on my face for sure!The sculptor is a handy size to use on targeted areas like the buttocks, thighs, upper arms etc. Initially it was a bit hard to get to some areas, but I think I now have the technique down to a pat. The results are impressive with regular use. However I did find that the it’s handy to have your favourite moisturizer handy when you use the sculptor as it does require a fair whack of it.If you want to target several areas at the same time, the time invested is potentially significant (3-5 mins for each target area per day, 5 days a week). Having said that, the initial outlay to buy the Manicare Salon Firming Body and Face Sculptor is much cheaper than going for a salon treatment. In these days, this is a much better option for stellar results on a budget. I am happy with the product and would be more than happy to recommend it to anyone looking to dip their toes into face and body sculpting.

If this weren't enough the device has red led lights in the head for more antiaging benefits. There is also a button in the center that is the Release, where it stops the Lipo function to remove the suction cup from skin.Target areas on my body have been my butt and thigh area, spending 3 minutes on each. Because both are larger areas, I have only been using the large suction cup attachment. It has been a learning curve using this device because I had found that even at the lowest level of the suction (Lipo), I found it too hard to move up and down treatment areas as instructed, and very uncomfortable even with plenty of moisturiser. I contemplated removing the attachment and just using the EMS function, but found that hitting the Release button between direction changes made it a much more bearable experience.I found treating my face easy to incorporate into my night time routine. As instructed, I use on a clean face and work on a section at a time, moisturising as needed. No attachment is necessary as only EMS is used on the face. I always begin with my jaw and chin area, move to my cheeks and under eyes then forehead and finally finishing on my neck area, gliding the device in small circles across my skin. I am at level 2 of the EMS function because the electric stimulation does take some getting used to. Not painful but an odd sensation, yet I was glad to know that it was working. The whole routine can take as little as 5 minutes. So easy when I can do it while watching tv.On my body I have noticed that treated areas are smoother. Not a lot of noticeable difference in size, but thanks to stimulation and blood flow increase, I have noticed some firming to my saddle bags. It's actually using on my face that I am most pleased with. Obviousy the massaging on my face means I get maximum absorption of product, but the EMS gives my face a workout and is just so easy to use. The red led lights also increases the benefits of collagen building and reducing signs of aging. Even hubby commented on how radiant my skin was looking. Now that's an endorsement if the husband notices a difference!The Manicare Salon Body and Face Sculptor is not just a gimmick. I liked it for my body, but for the face is where it's a winner for me. The device has three setting levels that can be used on the face. I started at the lowest setting initially and then progressed to the second setting which is where I have remained. It's the perfect strength for me. I think consistency is key with this device and to achieve and maintain these really noticeable results, ongoing use would be the way to go. I thoroughly enjoy using this device and would repurchase again without hesitation.I also use this on my body. The trick is to really lather up with your moisturiser and slowly glide the body attachment along the skin. It took me a few tries to get this right, but once I got the hang of it, it was super easy. I focused on my thighs to address some cellulite and it has definitely improved the area. I will continue to treat the area to maintain the results.I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to really level up their skincare routine (particularly for the face), especially a mature aged routine. For me, it delivered benefits that my topical skincare alone just cannot do but combined together, I saw extremely fast and noticeable results. It's not a gimmick, it really works!
I used this tool consistently hoping to have some positive effect on my cellulite, pigmentation on my skin both body and face. These were my main concerns anyway. I found the tool easy enough to use and no real discomfort. A couple of weeks in we had some nice weather and when I put lotion on my thighs and legs I noticed they were more uniform in their texture and colour. Enough for me to notice and feel ok wearing shorts that warm day. I noticed my arms where they’re is hyper pigmentation it looked much more consistent in colour after using it. My face is especially prone to redness, I’d say that decreased by 65%. Most noticeable the next morning after using the tool on my face. Upper lip pigmentation was far less noticeable. It’s small enough to take away when I petsit. I’ll definitely use it on the regular to keep up these results. I would definitely say it’s part of my regime now.
