Manual Retractable Awning 400 cm Orange and Brown

I bought the 3m version. The instructions were a bit painful but it looked great when we got it up (definitely a 2person job!). Unfortunately we had a surprise rain storm and some rain pooled in the awning and bent it, so the durability isn’t great. From a design perspective, all the joins across the awning are single joins right in the middle, with minimal support, so we can see why it bent the way it did. We’ve spent about half the cost again repairing it, but I’m not sure I’d actively recommend it as a permanent solution straight out of the box.

First, the construction is pretty good for the cost! It does clearly serve a niche purpose! However, the awning is not white-cream. It is a yellow-cream. It is very nice for what it is but, its not the color in the photo and so, not what was expected.

The product design is excellent. However the quality is very poor. One of the tubes arrived dented. When trying to screw together the first piece of piping, one screw went in securely but the other did not "bite" because the metal obviously gave, even though I was extremely careful and have put together many other KD type products. The instruction sheet is also a joke, since . it offers no step by step printed instructions other than an almost unreadable illustration and . while the parts are lettered on it for clarity, no matching letters are actually affixed to the parts. Did not work for us

We purchased the 59" awning to shade the west sun in our Phoenix patio. As usual, the imagery on the assembly instructions were not easy to figure out. But two of us managed. In our case, our patio roof was pitched and it was very difficult to adjust the poles to fit. We finally did it and it looked great. I was happy until the first slight wind, it toppled down. It's now in the trash.

Good quality laptop

Laptop has been performed well however it’s only been a month so far. The battery life is good enough. Only complaint is the mouse pad. It’s a bit finicky. Other than that, very happy with the purchase.

It's great but it can be better

Its good but I have an few issues with this laptop- When I put it on sleep to get back where I left off it goes blank for a bit- The camera is inverted and there is no way to change it- I can't access the full screen button and I don't know whyOther than that I'm really satisfied with my laptop, especially the fact that it's 2 in 1 makes it a better experience. If these few things get improved I would have absolutely no complaints.

Look out for the actual black bugs

Rods are difficult to push together. One part came in pieces that is not indicated in direction sheet. I don't know how to put it together. The quality of the awning is the worse material and the rod channel had a live bug in it. Had a hard time removing it. It ran across the floor...difficult to catch it. I crushed the bugger. I do not recommend this product.

My review says it all. May I return it and how do I do this?

When I peeked into the delivery box I almost fainted. These stripe are to bold and strong for my personal taste. I thought the stripes would be narrow as appeared in the internet photo. Further, I have not had the courage to get it assembled. I am overwhelmed with the large, bold stripes since delivery. I am by no means wealthy, however, have good taste. I have a personal crises at hand my sister recently died from Corona Virus and my brother-in-law is hanging by a thread. I do not know what to do with this awning error! It is upsetting that it was not what I expected at all!!!! Katherine Corfei

it works to keep out the sun

We ordered it last year. The package came in bad shape and was ripped open. Upon inspection 2 or 3 parts were missing. In spite of many emails, picture of one of the missing parts and part number, the company sent us 3 times the same wrong part. This was more than frustrating and also took many weeks. And without this missing (essential) connecting piece the awning could not be put up. I would recommend to have 3 people handy when putting it together because of the length of the contraption. It does help to keep the sun out, but the sun also bleaches the fabric very fast (about 1 month?). I don't know how long the fabric will last and hope the company will offer replacement fabric.
