I was offered a 30% discount for the Immune Response after I keyed in the Discount code. The discount was taken away after I increased the purchase of 15 bottles of BIO30 propolis liquid to 20 bottles. I didn't notice it until after payment was made. I think this is unfair as I would not have bought the immune Response if there was no discount. This is rather disappointing as I wouldn't expect such thing to occur in a reputable organisation such as yours.The package arrived safely and was well packaged. There is a free trade agreement between New Zealand and Malaysia and it would be very helpful if you could provide the documents via the courier service for the Malaysian Custom so that taxes on the items could be waived.
My daughter's friend developed severe schizophrenia at age 19.
