I have mgo 253+ something too but also tru lower mgo. Booster for your health. My mom takes it everyday in the morning with warm weather. Her knee pains somewhat have improvement. Dont see huge changes in skin but absolutely in immune system

What can I say? This was the best price around. I got the big jar since we’re just heading into cold/flu season. Whole family (including 4 year olds) take it. Can be used in fire cider for an extra immunity boost. Or in tea/coffee. Or just on its own. Nature’s perfect gift.

Stopped my chronic cough within minutes. With severe allergy, congestion and lung issues, this has been a rough winter...until I googled manuka honey. One tsp twice a day has made an enormous difference. Already ordered a second jar even though I have plenty left. Goes a long way. Great for digestive issues as well.

I’ve been buying Manuka Health for years and I have always enjoyed the opportunity of buying 1kg jars so I was a little disappointed when I found out there is no 1kg jar for the 573+. Other than that I highly recommend this honey, I take one spoon a day and it’s great!
I’ve only been using this for over one month and immune system I have not gotten sick I can only attribute it to using half a teaspoon of this honey everyday. Normally I get sneeze in every morning but it had stop now. I’m blown away by this honey. It Has a different flavor from other honeys I’ve used during my lifetime. I bought it for the health benefits, not for sweetening my tea so it isn’t a big deal for me. I just thought it was important to mention. My Manuka honey arrived sooner than the estimated arrival, nicely packed and just as described. I absolutely love the honey. This is my second one so far and I’ve been using it 2-3 times a day. I have created a healthy habit for myself and I’ve also been using a tablespoon of the honey for my face 2-3 times a week.
