Marcato pasta maker is only stuff which meets my requirement to pasta. Initially, it is designed to make Italian pasta but perfectly well suits to make Russian noodles! I and my wife just love it!!

So easy and such quality pasta!The machine is made in Italy and it shows. They know there pasta! I used a 00 flour blend grown in Italy as well and it made beautiful dough that was easy to work with.
