Being a transplant from the Chicago burbs to the Atlanta area, I need my sport peppers and "hot" giardiniera. A few grocery stores carry the mild, but it's not like the Chicago area where there are entire isles dedicated to brands and varieties. World Market has come through for me! Thank you! Excellent product!

I love anything hot and spicy and this product is very hard to find here in Las Vegas in the big box grocery stores.I am sorry to hear that World Market is no longer going to stock this item so I bought more than normal to stock up: Once my stash is gone, I will be very sad!Please rethink no longer stocking this beloved product!!!
I prefer this hot version as compared to the mild one. Both are flavorful and the oil is infused with all ofvthe component flavors. World Market is the only local outfit carries these products, otherwise I must try to find them online, with associated additional cost.
We made an Italian grinder salad with salami, capicola, provolone and the giardiniera was a great flavor addition. It's also tasty in sandwiches or philly cheesesteaks! This products isn't readily available in grocery stores so I bought two jars for a back up!
This jardinire is just what you get on a Chicago beef sandwich. We don't live in Chicago any longer so this was a great find! It is spicy hot (just enough) and a great price! It has all the good veggies such as: celery, sport peppers, carrots and olives in the jar. We use it on sausage sandwiches, hot dogs and a beef/sausage sandwich. We ordered a case of it and would highly recommend it! Great product and will certainly buy more!
This stuff is DELICIOUS! It is so much better than the other popular Italian brand. We put it on everything from spaghetti, salads, sandwiches, even tacos and burritos. The company doesn't have a website to order from so we used to have to call them all the way in Chicago and pay them shipping to get them. Not anymore! I was so excited to see that they were now carried inside my Cost Plus store. Please continue to carry this delightful product. When I'm in the store I will probably buy up the entire stock.
I'm from Chicago but I live in Philly. I miss the great tastes of Chicago and this giardiniera and the Chicago Sport Peppers allow me to recreate the great Chicago Italian Beef sandwich and the classic Chicago hot dog. When I buy these items I usually buy 3 or 4 bottles at a time. Please keep them in your inventory forever. Go Cubbies.
both jars were leaking oil. one cap had a piece missing and still shipped in that condition. who ever packed the jars should be questioned by employer.
