This is a beautiful looking rug however mine was delivered crushed. After three months the creases throughout the rug remain and are dangerous trip hazards. The supplier advised to put the rug in the hot sun and roll it in reverse but this didn’t fix the problem. Freedom customer care said it’s not a fault and won’t exchange the rug even as a good will gesture. As a customer service manager myself, it’s really poor customer service, so would not purchase from Freedom again.

This rug is actually better than we expected. It doesnt pill or shed. It's soft with a neutral tone.
Love this rug. It’s the perfect size for under my 6 seater dining table. Color is great and it’s easy to clean
So I’m love with this suri rug. Was worried as it’s online only and can’t view it in store. But it’s so true to the online photos. And delivery was amazing came almost next day. Highly recommend it’s soft and beautiful.
Such a fabulous purchase.Super soft and so easy to vacuum!
The Marigold Suri rug has completed our baby room. It’s stylish yet soft enough for our little one to lay on.
The colour is a little darker than what it appears on the website. It gave off so much glue smell that I had to leave it outside for 2 days before it was bearable.
The material is very soft, except I think the white was too white for my living room. I'm going to try to exchange it for a different colour.
