Well made but Rating does not relate to Boating Laws in SA so actually bought incorrect product. Had to buy higher rated product later when reviewed by Dept of Marine and Harbours.A totally confusing experience.
Comfortable to wear, easy to get on and off, does the job it was intended for. And being red makes it easy to spot from a distance. Bought for kayaking and doesn't inhibit movement.
I got this to my size based on weight. It's alright when I stand but sitting on my kayak it rides up and the shoulders is upto my cheeks, super uncomfortable. I've tightened the belts to the max where I can't breathe and the foam overlaps at the front just to stop from riding up, super uncomfortable. I don't know what else to do. It does however work, kept me upfloat when kayak turned and I fell in the water.
I bought this for my 10 year granddaughter. I also bought two green adult lifejackets. thanks to good advice from an older assistant.I asked him if he should come to the checkout with us - would he get a bonus he said no just doing his job....
