Great set of headphones, well presented and folds down quite small. The ear pads rest on the ear rather than go over the whole ear but this doesn't really have a huge impact on blocking out outside noise. The controls on the right ear are really good and easier to find than other headphones I've used - the knob sticks out a bit. It does volume up, down, play, pause, skip or rewind track. I love the noises they make when you turn on / connect to Bluetooth / pause etc. - like an electric guitar strum! The battery on these is absolutely incredible, they came somewhat charged and it has lasted weeks already (obviously depends on how much you use them). Excellent quality in terms of voice clarity, intensity and transparency, the Marshall experience and signature is written all over, where attention to details is impeccable even at the smallest level. Never seen such quality combined with battery power before! It's my first experience with this Marshall product and the manufacturer never fails to deliver the passion of the original invented and designer and the European manufacturing. Just amazing. It's manufactured by Zound company in Stockholm, a company who had the franchise from the British inventor... they are faithful to the originality, quality and passion of the inventor. Very happy with my purchase and with John Lewis excellent service. Highly recommend! 5 Stars

But I always buy apple products and had not found a compatible non apple pair of headphone till now! These blue-tooth wireless headphones are fantastic. They are so light, collapse into themselves so very easy to transport and the fit is adjustable. These headphones connected to both my iphone and ipad incredibly fast and never lost connection. I've worn them for hours at a time and my ears were never irritated or in any discomfort, in fact they were very well cushioned. The sound quality is excellent for a range of audio styles. Bluetooth pairing works quickly and reliably, and the single button control is simple to use. Comfortable to wear. Wireless charging works perfectly. Marshall told me that the rechargeable battery can not be replaced. Initially, I was concerned about this, but apparently it'll be years before the built-in battery degrades, and then the headphones can be used as wired ones, so I was not put-off buying them.

I believe they say it is 80 hours from a single charge / 15 hours for a 15 minute charge. I genuinely forgot I needed to charge them because the 'out of the box' charge lasted so long! There is a USB charger in the box as well as an audio cable - but beware, I almost missed them because they are tucked into the bottom of the box.Great for everyday use and will be top of my packing list for my next holiday (whenever that may be)!

I haven't made any calls outside yet so not sure if wind noise is an issue for the other caller.I was taken aback by the quality of the sound. For a small speaker, they produce a rounded, rich sound and there's no distortion at the volume I've been listening at. I've tried a few different genres - all sound great.In summary, these feel like they're punching above their weight and, for the money, you're getting a lot of sound for your pound!

However, I went to try the demo for Major IV and it was absolutely amazing. Although it was small and not noice-cancelling, I really didn't felt like it was a disadvantage. It was light, super comfortable, stylist, fast to charge (like literally 80hours of battery life... do I even need to charge LOL) and good sound quality. Having an AirPods Pro, I know how nice having ANC will be but I think if you were to wear an ANC headphone for long, it does get a little uncomfortable because you're blocking all the noise out but the ... Quality and reasonable price Headphones. I found these Marshall phones almost intuitive to operate, comfortable with plenty of adjustment to suit different head shapes (my partner often wears them easy fit) and most importantly the sound delivery is excellent. These phones replicate tonality and base and hi-fidelity better than my regular speakers. Bluetooth pairing was simple along with functions as call end, play and pause. From a visual and tactile perspective the phones look well designed with great build and quality materials used. Well done Marshall would highly recommend.

Super simple to set-up, they paired with my Android phone and Windows Laptop seamlessly. I have used these for a mixture of work and pleasure, the headphones are comfortable to wear for long periods on video conferences and the sound quality for calls and music is very good.
