Marshall MX212 Speaker Cabinet

Purchasing through Manny's online was a breeze. The product arrived quickly. Will shop with them again.

In a open back cab the seventy/80 speakers sound terrible but in the Marshall closed cab they come alive couldn't be happier

It's easy to carry than a quad so two thumbs up from me!!

Good , reliable cabinet

This cab goes well with a 20 watt Plexi , I bought from MF in April. MF had a sale on a Cream back and Vintage 30 , so I took advantage of the deal and loaded them in this 2-12. The sound is amazingly tight and lush.Very loud. Look and sound so good together

Great price for a great cabinet. AND its a Marshall.

The construction of this cabinet is as good as the old Marshall 4x12 cabinets. Speakers mount into T-nuts using screws. Very sturdy. They are not front mounted and you dont have to try and get the speaker to line up up on any little pegs. The Seventy 80 speakers sound good but I do prefer other Celestions better. Swapping out was 15 minutes. Again the screws into T-nuts are the only way to go. It is the perfect size for a 2x12 cabinet. Looks are great. It is a very impressive speaker cabinet.

Marshall downsize

I'm an old rock 'n roller who grew up with the Fender and Marshall sound in all the classic music from the 60's, 70's, and beyond. I couldn't afford the "name brands" when I was a kid but after I became able, I purchased much music gear, including "all the best." Not playing as much anymore, I let my Marshall 1960 angled 412 cabinet go some years back - just too big to carry around. I kept a Marshall JCM 2000 DSL head and it just sat around. I thought I'd find a cabinet, at some point, to be able to use it again. I just happened to look on eBay one day and there it was! The Marshall MX212R is actually an extension cabinet but it was a perfect fit for the JCM head and half the size of the 1960 top cabinet. Really Cool Cabnet

This is a great cabinet. It is built like a tank and sounds great. It sounds "almost" as good as a 4X12. The speakers sound awesome and really translate that Marshall tone nicely. It is also a good looking beast and compliments my DSL 100H head like it was a matched set.
