I am 76 yrs old and can wake 3 times a night. These drops help me be less wakeful and have more hours sleep in between, I really recommend them. They help relieve restless legs, too.

This product definitely makes a huge difference to sleep. Having used it for some time, I won't be with out this sleep aid. Highly recommend this. I am Menopausal and this certainly assists my sleep.
I need the full lot of suggested dosages and even then I struggle to sleep.
I find this is quite good though takes time to act.
Sometimes I find it hard to drop off to sleep and just a little spray of Sleep Relief is enough to get me off. Even if I wake up during the night it’s often hard to get back to sleep so a quick spray of Sleep Relief is all I need.
I use this product every night as I get into bed and find that it works for me better than other products I have tried.
