Marvel Champions LCG - Doctor Strange Hero Pack

Amazing game

It's fun packed in a box. It's like D&D turned into in a board game, with cards instead of dice and DM. Takes time to unbox and set up (huge amount of token and cards), but this is fun too. Quality of parts is top notch. Gameplay is amazingly designed. You can choose how much you role play, but you can definitively role play if you want. Feels like a campaign setting for D&D.

Another Marvel Champion - Doctor Strange

I am a huge fan of the Doctor Strange comics and graphic novels. So I was very excited when Fantasy Flight announced that he was to be joining the team roster in their Marvel Champions Lcg. And for me, he doesn't disappoint. Doctor Strange is unique (for now) in that he comes with a mini side deck of spells that are always available; as well as his own hero deck, protection aspect and basic cards (along with his own obligation and nemesis). There have been criticisms that the spell deck (aka invocation deck) makes he's over powered. You still have to pay resources from your hand to activate the spells and thematically it exhausts Doctor Strange to cast each spell. For me using the Doctor Strange deck is so much fun.

Best Hero!

Dr. Strange is the best hero I have used in the MCU. Not only is he a fantastic hero but the creators have done a great job making it feel like you are playing as a Sorcerer Supreme. He is probably one of the top 3 most powerful heroes as well. Highly recommend!

Great Hero

He is a complete powerhouse, likely overpowered. Up to you how you feel about that. That is the only possible problem with him, though. Great theming, and interesting mechanic where his main Att/Thwart comes from a small deck of spells.

Great game.

Still haven't played the game but played jaws of the lion and it was awesome. When I got mine, the box was bit teared up (fixed it with tape), definitely was the fault of the post. To conclude, if you have time and friends to play with I definitely recommend.

Great hero and fun/interesting decisions

Really fun hero and fun additional decisions with invocation deck. Plays well vs lot of different problems. Great ways to counter high defense, get the art, and knock out enemies

Marvel Champions: Doctor Strange Hero Pack

One of my favourite Marvel champion heroes. This game really makes each character feels unique, but strange is themost unique and the most interesting. I love using his spells

Out of all the packs that have released thus far for this game, I feel that Doctor Strange has one of the most interesting play styles out of all the heroes. I would definitely recommend this pack as a must-buy

Very powerful character

New to the game and this pack really helped my play through some of the early encounters solo to better learn the game.
