Got a notice a few days later it was in stock at my local store. Quickly placed an order and picked it up. The box is in flawless condition. The figure looks so nice in the display box that I didn't bother to take it out. It's sitting in my display case in my living room.

I bought this to add on to my Spider-man arsenal! Looks so cool next to the others! I miss the plastic windows because I like to display them in their packages at times and with the new packaging is hurts my heart not being able to. Being the plastic windows back Hasbro PLEASE! :( Overall dope figure!!

Great sculpt and clean paint. Excellent addition to the collection! I ordered 2, one for me to open and display and one for my sons to play. We’re all very happy with this one. I have the previous Symbiote Spidey on the skinny body…the paint app wasn’t nearly this nice and his arm broke in the shoulder socket trying to pose him. This is a definite upgrade! If you can get your hands on this figure…do it…and open it…and enjoy it!!! You won’t be disappointed.

First of all I would like to say, I’ve been a fan of Hasbro toys since the 80’s. Up until this new box packaging. I prefer the previous plastic display for your Marvel Legends line. This new box packaging was a a major turn off. Second after holding the figure in hand, the articulation is very lack luster. It’s seems Hasbro is goin with the route of price increase and lower quality figures. So I say all of this in regards to myself no longer purchasing Marvel Legends, Transformers, or any other Hasbro line ups. So sad the other toy companies are giving their customers better quality figures.
I am very happy to have gotten this figure, fingers crossed the other Future Foundation suit will be released one day.There’s a small issue with the paint chipping near his thigh, just got to watch how you pose him.I’m more than happy to have added him to my collection, hopefully any other Spider-Man fan or just a marvel figure collector will feel the same having a similar experience.
Excellent Marvel Legends figure. This is the black Spider-man costume that first appeared in Marvel Super Heroes: Secret Wars #8. The action figure has excellent articulation and can be posed in many fun ways. Good for kids of course, and many adults many enjoy the classic styling. Fun for a desk or cubicle
Great figure only problem have have is I'm a collector that likes to keep em in the box. Now that u switched up ur boxes so there is no plastic I cannot do that! I don't want the clam shell of plastic to make a comeback but it was fine the ways it was with just a lil bit of plastic so we can see the figure and know if it's the actual figure and not some random toy thrown into a spider-man box! Pls pls pls go back to the boxes pre this wave!Thanks
This has been my favorite spidey outfit since it first appeared in the Secret Wars in the 80's. This fig however is not the 'Symbiote' Spider-Man. The white patches on the tops of his hands are all wrong. These are rectangular, going left to right, while the Symbiote costume has them shaped more like a square the narrows toward the wrist. The pic on the card even shows this. What is missing also is the black dot on the top of the hand in the white area. That is where the Symbiote suits webbing fires out from. They is missing on this fig and on all the additional hands packed with it. Great fig, paint is perfect, it looks amazing, but Symbiote it ain't.
This came in quickly but I noticed quickly that the one I received had 2 back paint issues on the front of the chest. If I was to ask about getting another one they would tell me they don't have anymore in stock. Sadly in store this figure is cheaper by about $3 and they are sold out everywhere else so I cant return it for a better one if I wanted to. They also charged shipping costs which added an extra $10 to the order which I thought would have been free since it was over $50 spent. Basically I wouldn't recommend buying this from this website because they stick you in every way they can. You're almost paying scalper prices at this point.
Excluding foreign import figures, this figure is probably the best symbiote spidey that money can buy. Articulation is amazing, particularly the butterfly joints on the shoulders. Spidey comes with the complete pair of hands (web-shooting, wall-crawling and fists) and the paint application for the white spider is great. It's so simple and easy to get him into a great pose. Absolutely reccomend it.
