Masterfoods Reduced Salt & Sugar Tomato Sauce 475ml

As a product tester for Influenster I was lucky enough to receive this sauce product to test through master foods and I think its a fantastic product!! The salt and sugar reduced tomato sauce has a consistency and taste very similar to the original master-foods tomato sauce which is great! I Enjoyed this product very much as did the whole family. It became quite a hit with my eldest daughter as seen in the video. Nice job MasterFoods same great tasting tomato sauce but healthier :)

I have been not touching tomato sauce for some time due to being health conscious. But when Master Foods introduced this flavor with less sugar and salt, I just knew I don't have to compromise on health for taste. Having this I am enjoying both at the same time. The nozzle is so easy to open and close, just shake it, swift the nozzle open and squirt just right amount right there for you. Thanks Master Foods for introducing this for us. :)

I like the texture ( not too runny or watery), great topping or dipping sauce for anything to boost the flavours. I used it on my vegetarian pizza and it complemented the flavours, my kids loved it and didn't notice any difference from the regular tomato sauce. Highly recommended. Incentivised.

I for one LOVE tomato sauce and apply a generous amount to everything. Some would say smother so this is a great option for me. I personally couldn’t taste the difference with the Masterfoods Salf Sugar Reduced Tomato Sauce and feel confident knowing this is a healthier alternative with the same rich tomato taste. Will buy again!

I received this product free from Influenster and Masterfoods in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I loved receiving this as we are a big Tom sauce family. What I loved most about the Masterfoods Salt Sugar reduced Tomato Sauce is that neither my 2 children (10 6) or myself noticed any difference between this and our regular Masterfoods Tomato Sauce. This Tomato sauce tasted just like the regular Tomato sauce. The thickness of the sauce was pretty much on par with the normal Tomato sauce. I like that Masterfoods is giving us another option with our sauce ingredients. It's helping us to be healthier without any compromise on taste, aroma, and visual appearance. I would definitely buy the Masterfoods Salt Sugar reduced Tomato Sauce in the future.

Such a classic! Our family have always loved Masterfood sauces and have been purchasing them for years. I am quite surprised with this one as I have only ever tasted the normal tomato sauce and could honestly not notice a difference between this and the normal one. Quite impressed actually. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

I think this reduced salt reduced sugar tomato sauce has great potential. It is healthier (3 health stars, instead of 1), however because it is not as sweet and not as salty, the acidity is really strong and I feel that it is not balanced. Would be good to reduce the acidic taste by using less acetic acid and citric acid.

I received this product from influenster for free. To be honest, I rarely pick that product before at any store as I choose another famous brand for tomato sauce. But I enjoyed this product, the taste is quite the same as the famous brand that I used to buy. One more plus point is the sweetness is less than the regular ketchup. It is a useful product when easy to consume with other food such as hotdogs, pasta,etc. I check the price at store and found that it is reasonable, compare with other product. having gluten free is a bonus. If you would like to find tomato sauce for your yummy food, I recommend you to try this product.

The Masterfoods Tomato Sauce is such a classic and a pantry staple. I didn’t have any doubts that the new reduced salt sugar sauce would taste just as a delicious as the original. Honestly, I didn’t notice any difference between this one and the original tomato sauce. Which is actually a good thing, it’s a great way to switch to a more conscious substitute which has reduced salt and sugar.

Me, I prefer salt and sugar 😋 I know it's not the best for me. That's why I don't love the idea of giving sauce full of sugar and salt to kids. This salt reduced tom sauce is great for that occassional (vegan) meat pie (as seen in the photo)... that was eat. Or for the very occasional chips when get on the way home when we are super busy and been out all day. I have had other reduced salt sauces and this one is definitely one of the better ones.
