Matrix OPTI-SMOOTH Resistant

I used the resistant on my hair due to my hair being gray and frizzy it worked wonders on my hair and cost much less than going to the shop. It did take a couple of hours but it would at the salon as well! The odor wasn't to bad but some but there would be at the salon as well! My hairs is about 7 inches past my neckline and one system was enough I could probably use it again and have enough. My daughter did help so it's best to have a helper. My hair is straight without the frizz I am LOVING IT!!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE 100%n

Damaged my hair!!

Ive used other smoothers on my hair and this one fried my hair! It feels like straw! Dry and brittle. I went to a salon and had it done. I hope a deep conditioning treatment can save my hair or it will have to be cut off!

It somewhat worked.

I have long hair, so I used two boxes hair. It took the longest time to apply it all , almost all day. The product has a bad smell that I wan not aware of. After the application process, my hair was straight, I loved it. I didn't tie it or pin it for four days. However , after I showered and a few days later it kept getting really wavy. I had to straighten my hair everyday to get the results. It works and it might be different for all hair types and lengths. I might washouta few more months and try it again. It did allow for frizz control.

It worked on my thick hair

I took it upon myself to give this a try. my stylist has used this product on my hair before. of course she's a professional and is far more patient than me. . .it does take a long time, about n3 hours and A LOT of patience. I watched the YouTube video about 6 times and kept going back to it throughout the process. It has a strong smell. I would recommend you do it in a well ventilated place. I made sure not to put it up or wet it for 48hrs as instructed(which is very important) The final verdict is that it worked! my hair is long and thick - and although its not SUPER straight - the frizzy and puffiness is now nicely tamed. My hair is more manageable to brush & style. I'll definitely use it again, when its time.

Opti smooth

Ive been using opti smooth for about 5 years now. My hair was very curly all my life. As Ive gotten older the curl just turned to frizz. I used keratin products for a few years before. It was harsh on my hair. Opti smooth lasts a lot longer and leaves my hair healthier. Best straightener ever.

Texture of product stays creamy in place on hair, does not drip .
