Got these glasses for my girl for Christmas. She loved them. Great quality, sturdy, and she loved the how sharp everything looked through the lenses. Unfortunately, after only a month, a very windy, wintery Fargo day… she had them propped on top of her head, the wind caught them just right and they flew to be run over by a bus. No joke. After keeping her previous $10 pair of glasses for nearly 3 years! She made it one month and boom ran over. Still blows my mind.Anyway, figured I’d share the depressingly funny story. Great pair of sunglasses.

Love my Koko Head Maui Jim! Got them in the tortoise shell. My head is smaller, and the fit is terrific! I will need to run by an optical shop to have them bent slightly more behind my ears for the perfect fit. The other reviews were helpful, as were the MJ customer reps, when I was trying to decide which was best. Love the free shipping back and forth, so I was able to buy two styles and decide, then ship the second pair back for free. My only issue is the case that came with the sunglasses. For "in the car" or "in the house" it would be fine, but "in the purse" I would worry the case could open. I had a pair of Maui Jim's from many years ago with a hard case, and I just switched the cases. That worked and now my new shades are protected in my purse or backpack!

I absolutely love the Koko Head frame and prescription lenses. I have a very hard time finding frames to fit my small face with a high/wide bridge. So, even though there are thousands of frames out there, I struggle to find comfortable glasses. These are GREAT. Love the fit and love the rubber on the arms and bridge. They stay put and feel super light and comfy. I've had them for about 2 years and will wear them until they die and likely keep updating the lenses as needed. That said, I wish they came in other fun and possibly more feminine colors (like the matte almond or pink) please consider that suggestion Maui Jim. If you're on the fence, just order these frames. You will be pleased.

Great service! Great products! Great company! Would not think of wearing any other brand of sunglasses. They are number one in my book!!
I bought my Koko Heads at my local optical shop. I love the tortoise shell frames and the crisp cut edges. The rubberized part over the ear makes them feel very secure when wearing them. I unfortunately find myself never wearing them as the bottom of the frames rest on my cheeks. This causes the lenses to fog up and make my face perspire-in all weather. This would be my fifth or sixth pair of Mauis. I am sorry I let myself be persuaded to buy this particular style.
I love these sunglasses! I have a small face and have a difficult, time finding glasses that one, don’t fall off when I bend over and two that don’t make me look silly. These glasses stay on my head when I push them up and on my face when I bend over. I really appreciate how light they are and that the arms don’t get caught in my hair. Even the piece on the bridge of the nose is comfortable.I bought the Matte frame, with Rose lens.I do wish, the inside of the frames were darker, the light tan color is a bit distracting at first. As usual, I love how clear the lenses are.
Love these! If you have a narrow, smaller face these frames are for you! I struggle to find frames that don't overpower my face without looking like kiddie glasses. Thanks Maui Jim for giving us this option. I purchased the Tortoise shell frames and they look great. The ear piece is very flexible. I can see how other reviewers say they can stretch out easily but nothing major to worry about. They are lightweight and come complete with a nice case.
Ok... I am a retired optician. I sold MJ in my store for years... and for a good reason.If you want the BEST POSSIBLE OPTICS... there is no other lens on the market that delivers better than Maui Jim. Period.I will spend my money on this brand only...Now... Koko Head... I adore them. A departure from the oversized lenses and wrap around styles I am accustomed to, and I absolutely love them! I ordered these online by using the virtual option to “try them on”. I have a narrow face and these run smaller so they are snug and don’t overwhelm my face. I love them. My adult daughters have given their approvals as well. The matte plastic frames look kind of like wood which I think is a unique look. Of course I’ve always loved the lens for quality. The lens color was customizable as well.
First time purchasing Maui Jim’s and I could not be more pleased! I ordered the torti Manchester pair which are top quality and show stopping! These super cool glasses are extremely light weight and very comfortable. The crispness and clarity when you look through, is like nothing I’ve looked through before! I will not be buying ANY other brand ever again after experiencing my Koko Heads. I do wish the Manchester logo was on both sides instead of one but that’s all folks! All in all, I ADORE, along with many others I’ve met, these sunglasses!
