Maybelline Master Chrome Metallic Highlighter - Molten Gold

My beautiful girls had already left them super abandoned, today I bring you a review of the Highlighter Master Chrome Maybelline product, It is the best pharmacy highlighter. Love it! It has a lot of pigment. Leaves a super natural, "wet" skin-like finish. Natural and pretty. My skin looks "dewy" juicy, young. It is spectacular. It has a lot of pigment so you can "build" it, if you like your highlighter to look powerful, you give it about 3 layers and I can assure you that from another galaxy they will see it. If your want intense, beautiful shiny highlight, I don’t think you’ll find anything more blinding at the drugstore. This stuff is intense! It’s beautiful, if that’s the kind of highlight you’re looking for. Def a metallic pop rather than a natural glow kind of look. Not chunky or powdery though. I like to use it sparingly in small areas, like inner corner of eye, on top of cupids bow, tiny dot on top of nose.

Lately, I’ve been favoring a strong highlight so I like using a fluffy eyeshadow blending brush to apply a wash on the cheekbones and right above the brows.Color : I picked up two shades: Molten Gold and Molten Rose Gold. Molten Gold is the classic…well, warm gold shade, while Molten Rose Gold is a cooler-toned pink champagne. Initially, I thought Molten Rose Gold would look too ashy with my golden-tanned skintone, but I found both shades to be very flattering. I’m hard-pressed to pick a favorite of the two, but if I had to, Molten Rose Gold wins by a smidge because of its more unique undertones.I love the creamy, long-lasting formula and beautiful shades. These powders are intensely pigmented and will give your skin that gorgeous reflective sheen you desire. I know I will be rocking these highlighters well into the summer months ahead. I throughly enjoyed these highlighting powders and highly recommend adding them to your highlighter collection!

I love a good, strong, blinding bright highlight. I absolutely love this one! They used to make colored ones as well (ie: not natural colors) and it was my favorite! It absolutely rivals some higher end highlighters, it reminds me of the MAC three pan ones but even brighter. That makes it perfect as eyeshadow. It is a little heavier feeling than higher end highlighters but this is easily remedied by using either a feathered face brush, a fluffier medium sized brush, or dabbing it on with your fingers then using a big fluffy brush to blend out to soften. I’d absolutely buy this again, it’s in my rotation!

I've seen a bunch of you tubers review this product and wanted to see what the hype was about. So I was super happy to get it in my VOXBOX!The first thing I noticed when I saw it is that is had the standard plastic covering that most drug store make up does. It does look like a good drop will cause cracks on the cover but it's still fairly sturdy. The packaging may not be super lux but id feel more comfortable carrying this around in my bag. The second thing I noticed was that the pattern on the highlighter powder itself was debossed into the powder itself rather than a pretty pattern on top. I've played around with powders before where the pattern is only on the top layer and disappears as soon as you make the first swipe. I'm able to create a really light sun-kissed sheen but build up to a club glow with a few more swipes. I really love how versatile this product is and I can see myself using it both for day looks and night looks.

I got this in my Influenster Vox box awhile ago. Unfortunately my neighbor received it instead of me and also passed away, so I haven't had the chance to review it sooner. Anyhow--- onto the review!!!! I LOVED the color I received!! I was able to use it to highlight my brows and it worked wonderfully!!! I loved how it was exactly the right color for me and it also had some shimmer but didn't make me look like a disco ball. So in my case, it had exactly the right amount of shimmer to it. I also thought it had FANTASTIC staying power. My skin is oily, so a lot of highlighter, bronzers, and blush is sort of just broken down and "eaten alive" by my skin.🤷‍♀️ It's just how it is. I'm not sure why that is, but many drug store brands can take on my skin and have incredible staying power. An excellent product I will definitely be adding to my collection 😊

Beautiful Glow

This highlighter is a staple in my makeup bag. I love how it blends so effortlessly , giving me a beautiful glow without it looking over the top. It is buildable . It illuminates my cheekbones really well. It can be applied to give a subtle glow or could be packed on for that full glam party look. The powder is not chunky, it is soft. Lasts for such a long time because there is so much product in the pan and you only need a small amount each time. Does not look ashy on my brown skin (indian skin-tone). Does not flake off easily and stays put on your face.

Best thing is that it is molten gold color. Gives you skin this golden glow. If I picked the shade of Master Chrome that I wanted most - this would be the one. This highlighter stays on really well - it will last all day, but it is not too bright and does not turn a different color. Ever since I have noticed the metallic shades I always go for them.
