Do not buy this product if you live in a place subject to strong winds eg Scotland.. I live in Edinburgh and this greenhouse blew down within a couple of months of purchase. I managed to re-erect it and secured the roof to the base using wires fed through the roof struts. This did prevent the structure from disappearing down the street during a recent storm but it didn’t prevent it from imploding. It now lies in pieces in my garage awaiting the visit of an insurance assessor.

Was a two-man job taking 2 days! The instructions are dreadful often having to dissemble stages because things are in the wrong order. Some small parts were missing E.g wrong types of nuts but then there were extra of other nuts so didn’t seem to matter. Also not everything is labelled so bit of pot luck really.Once assembled, it looks really good. Can’t say I’m too confident the windows don’t implode in a gale but we’ll see.

Sent in pictures and am waiting for feedback. Not happy with this product and would prefer to send back. Was told I couldn't. I hired a builder to set it up for me and they were waiting for further instructions so as not to void my warranty. So far I have heard nothing back. Very disappointed. A lot of money down the drain.

Absolutely love it!! Didn’t take long for delivery. Only thing is be prepared for it to take longer than it says to build.
What Ed something that would work as a greenhouse for tomato plants, overwintering Cactuses but would look good on our patio. Definitely does the job. Takes a long old time to put together though.
Great greenhouse with modern grey finish which fits perfectly in a corner situation in the garden. Good quality Steele frame and door latch which was easily put up on one day with two people. spacious enough for racks for the serious gardener or a small bistro set and climbers to use as a orangery.
Once erected, this is a very nice structure which is both practical for a small garden and easy on the eye. Some of the components were difficult to line up and trying to erect and build this structure single handed was not the wisest thing. Having said all of this, the end result is very satisfactory.Given its light weight, it is essential that it is bolted to the ground. The method of doing this required some modification and fortunately I had just the right brackets handy in my garage. If you are not technically minded, get someone else to erect it for you.Would I recommend it? Yes
Love it. Easy to assemble and has brought character to our garden. Looking forward to seeing how the plants benefit in the winter as this will be the true test. Thank you.
The greenhouse is pleasing to look at and fits in well on a paved area in our garden. It was relatively easy to follow the assembly instructions but there should be greater emphasis on the exact positioning of the roof struts on the central hub. Any misplacement will cause difficulties latter on when fitting the roof panels and trims, as I found out to my cost. In all it took me about 12 hours to complete and I only needed assistance to fit the roof structure. My only disappointment has been in the very thin polycarbonate glazing panels supplied for the walls. In comparison to my previous traditional greenhouse the Palram gives the impression of a flimsy structure but hopefully it will withstand the weather conditions and be maintenance free.
I purchased this greenhouse from Costco for personal use in my backyard. It has been a *nightmare* from start to finish to assemble this beast. The pieces were poorly machined and the assembly was designed for a power-lifting octopus. I had *several* people help with this project and all of them commented on how absurd and confusing the directions were. If you choose to take this project on, make sure you have excellent fine motor skills and a high frustration tolerance. I am currently waiting for the company to write back to me because the lock for the greenhouse--arguably one of the most important pieces for functionality--was broken on arrival. The screw that needs to be loosened (a job that could have been done by the manufacturer!) must be made of cheap ... MoreI purchased this greenhouse from Costco for personal use in my backyard. The screw that needs to be loosened (a job that could have been done by the manufacturer!) must be made of cheap aluminum. It stripped immediately despite following the directions to a "T" and using a normal amount of pressure. I have been so incredibly disappointment with this experience, especially since it was being sold by Costco for $3,500! I could have built my own, more durable greenhouse for that. Oh, and the side panels feel like the kind of plastic you buy lettuce in. I am very dissatisfied and I don't know what I will do if they aren't able to send me a replacement part. I will essentially have a giant, worthless art sculpture in the backyard.
