A good piece of gear, feels very solid and looks well made. I left a star off as the bolt and nut to attach the top hook was missing the washers. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it.

I bought this jack from Anaconda Launceston and found it was damaged when I got home. It had a chunk of paint and metal missing. Exchanged it for another which had the same fault and finally got a refund. OK - faulty stuff turns up in shops. Normally no big deal to get a refund or exchange. But in Launceston Anaconda the staff were angry, unhelpful and slow and initially refused to exchange or refund. One staff member even stated that people were regularly trying to defraud them and went on to say that it was suspicious that I was wearing a face mask (which I was using to protect an immune compromised person). Never buying anything from this shop again. Waste of time and lots of alternatives online and nearby.

Excellent product. Easy to use. Higher lift rating than most other hi lift jacks. I use it to tilt a car trailer and works perfectly.

Great Jack at a great price, hopefully don’t need it but if I do it’ll work a treat.
It works and is presented well.Some of the fitting/casting is a little off, but that's to be expected at the price I guess.
