Bought this to replace my 11 year old kincrome jack which had seized up. This mechpro jack is so much lighter and easy to move around. Definitely worth getting.

This jack was purchased to replace a smaller one and has turned out to be a great asset. It is easy to use and reasonably light for its size. (Actually it is about the same weight as the smaller one.) I would definitely recommend this unit.

My old faithful APAC Garage Jack bought new in 1979 had served me well and aftertwo repairs and ongoing leaks and dropping i decided to buy a new higher rated replacement. To date (with little work)it is performing well and holds the load of a 1960’scar well. I’m pleased with the item and if it lasts half that of my APAC I’ll be happy.Repco’s special advertisement on the Jack prompted my decision to buy new and forgetrebuilding the old one again....Alan

Well built & lightweight for its size and load capacity. It is easier than other jacks I've had to move around - to fine-tune it's position given its weight, the curved not flat cross-section design of the rear trolley wheels & the handles on both sides.
I thought I already reviewed but got another email from Repco for a review, so here it is:Used it to jack up a Mazda CX-5 through the rear diff. No issues. Good reach under the vehicle to reach the diff and the height was high enough for me to put 2 jack stands under the vehicle to work on the rear brakes. Easy to move around on the floor.
Excellent built and well packaged. Light compared to some other aluminium car jack in the market.
First time user and it was easy to assemble and ready to go out of the box. Used a few times already and it was smooth and sturdy. Would have given 5 stars if the three screws holding the top cover plate weren't loose and the thread didn't get easily damaged when just slightly tightened.
Looks the part, but needs to be returned after one use as it is not holding pressure under load.
Seems very solid so far.. beware its aluminium AND steel, so don't expect to go carrying this around like its nothing, a lot of weight to it still. It's actually low profile unlike some of the cheaper jacks that only have the tip low profile (with a raised part near the handle so you can't fit it under a lowered car anyway). All in all good, and I'm happy to leave a 5 star review for a promised $20 voucher anyway
am very impressed a solid jack. makes working on the car a whole lot easier, i decided to spend a lil more than the old cheapy i had. Great product
