For only $250, you can’t beat this as a cheap set of tools. All the sockets are hardened chrome vanadium, and are very high quality. 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2” ratchets are included which are pretty much perfect, as they have very fine teeth and can take a lot of torque. Again, even just a set of sockets with these ratchets would be a steal for this price. The kit only includes a few spanners and would probably do better without any, as I’ve never used them and just use the other complete sets I own. The Stanley knife included is also high quality, as well as the hardened tip screw drivers and multi grips. Cannot recommend it enough for the price. One downside is that the drawers and locking mechanism is a bit cheap feeling, but the powder coated box it self feels very ... MoreFor only $250, you can’t beat this as a cheap set of tools. Tool chest awesome quality i have 2 sets one at each house as well as a blowmoulded set for travelling
I brought this set for my son , sight unseen as it was not available in the local store or any store within 800kms , once we opened it at home I was disappointed with the quality of some of the tools ,the shifter spanner is small & the size of the spanners the biggest being 13mm , the hammer is a 3/4 size not full size. If I had of seen this set in store I definitely would not have purchased it.
