These storage bags are amazing.PROS:They lie flat, which makes freezing them and storing them a cinch.They hold quite a bit of milk, which makes them economical. I usually freeze 4 ounces in each bag and have plenty of room left in the bag.The material is not quite thick but not too thin either.I have not had any leakage problems to date. I have unfrozen approximately 100 bags to date and have not had a problem yet.The price is good. Pros: Very convenient labeling section and it’s easy to pour into a bottle with the holes intended for the pump connectors. Cons: Since I have a spectra pump I cannot use these bags to their fullest intent. If I did have a Madela pump I would love the fact that you can pump directly into the bag but unfortunately I must pour my milk from a bottle to the bag. I do not like the fact that these bags are bigger on the bottom than top so they can stand up. This makes them very bulky in the freezer. I prefer another brand that lays flat to free and you can store more than twice the amount of bags in the same space. I will use these in a pinch but they would not be my first choice mostly due to my lack of freezer space. Other than that they are a great product and work well.

I’m leaving a review for the 3 pack of bottles. I did find these at an amazing price that’s why I picked them up to try out. I purchased the three pack for $6.50 at a local baby/kids shop. The quality of the bottles feel just OKAY, the plastic feels like it can warp easily. All the other bottle brands I’ve used are a harder type of plastic in comparison to these. You can literally press on the bottle and it squeezes in a bit. My ultimate test was how fast the milk would pour out of the nipples and these almost come out wayyyy too fast for my daughter, I think I’ll have to try these again in a couple of months because she’s gulping the milk down too fast/ the milk is dripping out too quickly for her to drink.

These are hands down the best breast milk storage bags you can buy! I have recommended to all my expectant friends. Much better than the plain breast milk bags by Medela as they have an adapter where you can pump directly into the bag. This saves time and less pieces to wash! When you’re done, they are easily disposable. They are easy to write the date and time on with a Sharpie marker. The only downside is that I wish these were a bit cheaper. If they were closer to the $10 price range rather than $15, I would purchase more often. Because of the price, I consider them a bit more of a luxury item for milk storage compared to cheaper reusable items. But again, these are my favorite way to store breast milk!

DISCONTINUED MISTAKE!!!!!

I have been using just about all of Medela products for years(6 years, 4kids to be exact), having a medela back pump, nipple aids, bottles, storage containers, storage bags, new pump accessories, etc. So I am definitely a loyal customer to the brand. Recently, I went to 3 stores trying to find these bags and all the stores were all out. I finally get to Buy Buy Baby in Greenville, SC and the manager of the store explains to me that Medela was scheduled to discontinue this product, and for me to stock up. Which they only had a few left. I was devastated!!! Listen Medela, as a breastfeeding mom trying to pump, save and store breast milk without contamination and/or spills is an art. Every drop of breast milk matters!!! Good quality easy to use

These are straightforward, good quality storage bags with a great seal. The only reason I didn’t score 5 stars was because the measurement lines on the bag don’t really correspond with what’s in the bag. I know it’s to do with the placement of the bottom and how it’s frozen, but I wonder if the measurement lines need to be there at all when you write how much you put in anyway?I took some frozen milk to hospital when my baby was ill and the nurse assumed the amount from the measure line was correct and not the amount I’d written down,Other than that- a fantastic product allowing for efficient storage

So the picture here are the bags that have the holes so you can attach them to the adapter and pump directly into the bag. Where are these? I haven't seen them and they were for the medela pump-in-style connectors. If you continue to make me pumps, please make them so we can still use old parts of you don't plan on making new parts. Also, I understand that most women don't get more than about 4 ounces from each side in one sitting. However, for those of us who do, please make larger bags or an easier way for us to transfer that milk with less spillage and a way for us to continue pumping. Currently, I have to pump up to 5 ounces, carefully unscrew the bottles, or the milk into bags, and screw my bottles back on for the last ounce or two. Missed the mark

I purchased this as a way to decrease the time spent pumping. It works, however what is not made clear is that it’s not a closed system. The connector simply hangs on an open bag making it very easy for the milk to spill. You have to be sitting upright and still for it to work correctly. In the end, I never ended up using them because of this. It was supposed to make pumping more efficient and honestly just turned it into more of a hassle. I thought it could be a good alternative to some of the more expensive pump into a bag systems but it misses the mark. I don’t recommend this product.

You'd think for the price of these bags, you'd get something well designed or at least something that functions well. These do neither. The design of the bag is awkward at best. The way the bag sits dangling from the adapter leaves an immense amount of milk exposed to air. If you are trying to combine containers at all, good luck it is difficult to pour any amount into these bags. And you are guaranteed to lose the entire pumps-worth of milk if you were to fumble with the bag at all when disconnecting and or sealing it up. The worst part of these bags is how unhygienic they are. To simply open the bag you must stick your fingers it in. Do yourself a favor and for basically the same price buy yourself the Kiinde Twist Pouches.
