But as I first went to try it and pumped a bit out on to my finger to rub in, it squirted out on to my pants and has stained them. My skin was rejuvenated after using this balm. It felt softer. I also used it on my hands which were very rough and dry from constant washing my hands while in hospital. And it worked great. So, this is not just for usage for the beginning of breastfeeding but can also be used throughout the year for your skin elsewhere. My only complaint is that it can leave residue on clothes and it doesn’t absorb quickly. I had to use pads in my bra so it doesn’t leave residue on my bra. I am so thankful to be gifted this balm from the Stellar Panel and appreciate them sending me such a quality product! I would definitely recommend this to all nursing mothers I noticed a difference right away and will continue using this for as long as needed!
I was given this breastfeeding accessory to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I’m currently breastfeeding my third baby, and very much wish I had this cream for the first two!My nipples get very dry, cracked and painful due to nursing. Every other over the counter product I’ve tried has done very little to help with the problem, and I suffered for months to feed my older babies. With this nipple balm the difference was almost immediate. After just a few uses my skin seemed almost completely healed. I was excited by how clean the product is and felt comfortable knowing it was safe for her.The airless pump was also a nice feature because I wasn’t constantly sticking my fingers into the same container, which never felt very sanitary. It does however push out a lot of product, so the first few times I used it I ended up covered in the balm which is pretty greasy. I got better at remembering to press more gently so as to just get the small amount I needed.Overall I really like this nipple balm, and I am so grateful for the results I’ve had using it. I would highly recommend it to all my fellow bf mamas. This small tube of product has made my breastfeeding journey a much more enjoyable experience this time around, and I actually look forward to the bonding time with my baby again.
