I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've been increasingly using Beauty Affairs over some of the other e-commerce websites like Look fantastic and Strawberry net. Not only are they comparable on price their customer service blows the others out of the water. As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

A repeat purchase

Ive been using this cream for a couple of years now and my skin has never looked back. It has a great smell and is lovely and luxurious to put on in the morning, It sits well under make up and isnt irritating in any way. It has definitely helped my skin to appear more smooth and bright. I dont think I could be without this cream. I also have used the daily radiance version with spf in. Also good but I personally prefer to put my own suncream on top of this so I can use 50 spf. I'd also say the spf version feel slightly more greasy.

I have used both serums of the c tetra. I thought this one would make sense since I use c tetra luxe several times a week. I got a lot of peeling (peeling skin not pilling) and dry skin the 2nd day I used it under sunscreen. I’m not sure if it was just an overload of fragrance which I can start to get sensitive to or what it was. My skin felt more dry after several hours. I also had used the Bacuchiol serum (just a tiny bit) over this skin that MAY have been the culprit and I think I will likely try to use this again. It was very expensive I’ve spent sooo much money on medik8 products I really wish they would come out with a fragrance free version of this as well as the vitamin c serums. I feel like over time my skin starts needing a break just from the fragrance ... MoreI have used both serums of the c tetra. Stepping Into Adult Skincare

I turned 40 and bam, three vertical lines are on my forehead. 😭It's time to embrace an adult high end serious skin care routine. 🫶Seriously, I was scared at first.I didn't understand the why.After finding a YouTube dermatologist who is breaking down the ingredients.Medik8 is high quality and affordable!My only two complaints about this product.Why the sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid) in this product? Hyaluronic acid dries the skin out over time.The beautiful skin every day skin care regime is a bit backwards. Dermatologists unanimously say sunscreen should be last in the morning steps before make up. Medik8 regime has the sunscreen before the moisturizer.

Very light

I bought this as a day moisturiser for my winter routine (hence no SPF), but I was a bit disappointed.It's got an extremely light almost mousse-like texture - absorbs really quickly into the skin and is non-greasy. The fragrance is a citrus with a hint of medicine, and not unpleasant but also doesn't linger.I have combination skin and this is fine for my oily patches, but I find I have to layer something richer over my cheeks and forehead. I believe this is designed for you to layer your own SPF over the top, which was not my goal so I won't repurchase.

Your final choice in moisturiser.

I love this product. It has a beautiful texture, is light on my skin and has a lovely fragrance which is very subtle. These attributes are important to me. I truly dislike a heavy cream or one with an overpowering fragrance. I have been using C-Tetra for a number of years now and that to me indicates how good this cream is. I have no need or desire for a different product. Highly recommended.
