I bought this recently and compared this to other well known brands. Seems to be best value for money for folic acid supplements. Need to ask for it over the counter from the chemists though.

A simple way to keep up folate within my body. I take this daily due to folate loss due to RA medication etc., and Megafol helps me to maintain the folate balance!
