I've been using MegaFood Multi for several years now. I love the fact that it is vegetarian based and so easy to digest. I don't experience any stomach upsets, heartburn, or any digestive issues at all. It really breaks down well and keeps me well protected as a supplemental part of my diet. For those of us who don't always eat the way we should, this is an excellent product, especially in the face of the current pandemic. I feel confident by taking this brand and especially that there are no animal products in it. There are many things I can't and wouldn't eat so it's perfect for my needs. Also there is just the right combinations of vitamins and minerals working together for sustained health and well-being. I highly recommend this product.

I have been using these supplements for a few years. I got serious about them when my last dr appointment showed low iron. I started on the blood builder and six months later the tests showed normal!! I had several health issues after my bout with covid early in 2020 so thank you the supplements. I in turn sent the over 55 multi and blood builder to a cousin and she said after two weeks she was feeling better and noticed the difference.

I was trying out different multivitamins for women last year. First 60 days was Naturelo. Next 60 days was this one, Megafood. I really want folate (not folic acid) in my multi so that is one of "filters" I use to choose my vitamins and both of these have it. I haven't gotten sick since the pandemic started and I guess the supplements helped too. I struggle with sleep when I lack nutrients, and both of these vitamins gave me good sleep. What I like about megafood is that it has many fermented ingredients (being Asian, I guess it's a personal bias). By the way, make sure to keep the vitamins refrigerated once you open it.
Works really well for me. I start taking it around a week before my period starts and these vitamins help it to start without pain and without too big changes to the body (breast size:))) I love this effect. I even like the taste of these vitamins, very atural. Package is safe and nice, size of the pills easy to swallow. Oh, and I don´t take 2 per day, just 1 is enough for me.
30 years ago I lived in Chicago; I was working full-time and taking engineering classes half-time. I only slept 4 hours a night and I got colds and flu 8 times a year. I have tried very many multivitamin products during last 30 years. Recently I decided to give up synthetic vitamins and begin using only food-based vitamins. I used one full day of my weekend comparing different products, their contents and price-quality ratios with some scientific data, production methods and ethics, and end up choosing MegaFood. After two months use, I have been very satisfied to this product, nothing bad to say. I feel my body reacts to this product like it would be delicious food, not at all like an artificial medicine. However, I don't only use MegaFood, but every second bottle will be a multivitamin by Garden of Life that is another very good alternative.
As a dairy free vegetarian having a multivitamin which meets those requirements is very important to me. I also have the MTHFR mutation where methylation of folic acid and B12 is reduced and getting the methylated forms of these ingredients is perfect for my needs. I love the tablet also contains choline as this is a nutrient I know from my diet does not meet the adequate intake levels. Overall this is a great product and I know that it is filling my nutrient gaps. I hope by taking it, it will help me living a healthy life.
To my opinion, this is the best multi vitamins for me, age 40+. I prefer it due I have some food allergy to other even more expensive multivitamins. Also i like the suitable size of pills and the fact they are not in peel. I think the quality is good due to good ingredients which help me feel strong for several years. I take this multi as courses 2 times a year. Hello
