This is a mixed review. I love the taste and I’m happy to drink this supplement with a nice icy, cold water mix. My husband, however, does not care for it at all. It seems to absorb well and dissolve. Pretty good if you initially mix it in a small amount of lukewarm or tepid water first.Overall, I feel it is a good product !

Best one for my husband

This one keeps his Charlie Horses at bay, helps him sleep much more soundly and reduces aching joints more than any of the others he has tried. Loves the berry flavor, too. It dissolves well rather quickly for easy drinking before bed. His body seems to like this one best.

I fell in love with this magnesium, I say without exaggeration. After huge capsules, which are completely inconvenient to drink, this Magnesium is just a godsend. It easily dissolves in water, has a pleasant sour-sweet taste. We were pleased with the Ingredients, because it contains 3 active forms of magnesium. The result of using on the face, sleep has become stronger, I drink before going to bed, as soon as I go to bed, I instantly fall asleep, and during the day I am more calm and balanced. Recommend.

Great for Leg Cramps

I suffered for years with leg cramps during the night. Nothing worked. I tried everything, stretching before bed, Tonic Water, etc. I received a sample of this at a health expo. Used it and slept through the night. I ordered it from the website. Since I started using it, I no long have leg cramps. So far almost a month without leg cramps. It is difficult to dissolve it in water. I use a carbonated beverage and it totally dissolves.

OK - Includes Maltodextrin

Bought as a low sugar electrolyte mix, but didn't notice it contains maltodextrin which can spike blood sugar. With that, I decided to stop using it. However, taste was good - a little chalky but to be expected with the minerals.Magnesium has several benefits and most of us are deficient. Although, be aware that if you already supplement that you might need to up your potassium and Vit D to have a better result.I hope this is helpful.Best wishes on your health journey!

I really like this product. The blackberry hibiscus flavor is wonderful! I add it to a hot cup of herbal tea in the evening and it helps me to wind down after a stressful day. My digestive system seems to like it too, so it is a double win! I will continue to purchase.

Doesnt taste bad. I recommend drinking before bed. I pour one scoop into 6oz of room temperatured water so it dissolves better. (I use a regular water bottle.) My migraines have not completely disappeared but considering the amount of stress I've been under I say its definitely been working wonders! My sleep has significantly improved and it's only been two weeks. I will definitely repurchase. Hope this helps!

Very effective

I have fibromyalgia and this magnesium helps with muscle spasms and sorness. Muscles feel more relaxed when I use it. It also helps with my menstrual cramps. It tastes like flavored water. I do not like flavored water so I add it to juice. It takes a while to dissolve so I usually let it sit for a few minutes after stirring and come back to it and stir again.

this is a fantastic way to get magnesium. i like that it includes the trendy chelation with Glycine and also that it’s a powder so i can actually feel it working. i cant imagine using tablets or capsules for magnesium anymore, powder is the best way to know when youre hitting the right amount of magnesium for your body. after years of being a loyalist to the Calm mag powder - which i still love! - i am pleasantly surprised by how delicious the megaFood magnesium is! great texture too. i am very happy with this product and will confidently recommend it to curious customers.
