It brought an instant softness to the leather of our new chairs, and cleaned and softened old leather furniture that is ten years old. A cinch to apply, and it was easy to wipe the excess product off after I allowed time for the product to penetrate the leather. My old furniture looks to have a new lease on life, and the new chairs have been given a great start. I had looked at the furniture manufacturers care kit and it was $51; the Meguiars product was under $30 and the ingredients are similar. Meguiars for me.

I read the reviews before purchasing this product to clean some black scuff marks on newer beige leather upholstery in my father's truck interior. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. It only slightly minimized them. I usually like Maguire's products so, I was disappointed in this one.

I bought this for the leather seats in my Suburban. Disappointed. Went on like Armoral and shined like it too. Leather conditioner shouldn't be like this. It should penetrate the leather and make it supple. I expected top quality from Meguiar's. Don't waste your money on this. Lexol Leather Conditioner is the best! Meguiar's need to change their product chemistry for any leather products before I buy again.
Used the Meguir's Gold to renew leather seats on my Camry. They had been neglected for a couple of years. I went over them twice just to make sure I hadn't missed anything. They looked and felt much better than before I started. I'm very pleased with the results from using this product.
I had searched the store for leather cleaning products referred by other customers and friends. An associate referred me to this product for my home sofa, and she was completely wrong in what this product could do for me. I know there are better products in the Home Depot and this associate and I couldn't find them, so she directed me to this product. I tried it on the leather sofa at home and it really didn't do much, and I should probably return it to the store for a refund. Maybe it's good for automotive leather, but certainly didn't come close to performing as described. Sorry to say that I was totally unsatisfied with this product. I love writing a review on products and would much rather be describing something more positive. NOT WITH THIS PRODUCT. My lounges are fairly clean, slightly discoloured due to normal family use. The family never ate or drank anything on the lounge or spilled beverages. I tried the product, sprayed on and wiped off with microfibre cloth not much of difference, tried using Maguire's round applicator and worked it in circular motion again slightly better clean, I then used a brush while applying it and dry or wipe with microfibre. Lounge is 30 percent cleaner but hard work scrubbing it rather than spraying and wipeing. The worst part was some landed on the tiles and got spread around with my socks that made the floor very slippery, I didn't feel like my socks were wet or damp at any time. Absolutely Works!! 21 telluride with beige Nappa leather seats. Work automotive, seats were turning brown from the abrasive thick oil grease and dirt after 3 months of not cleaning. This took all of it out no problem at all, seat looked new with a nice semi shine. 100% recommend!
This product has the tan leather seats on my 4 year old car looking brand new. I had some paw prints from my pet. Gone. Light dye that faded from black jeans. Gone. Old dirt from shoes on my door panel. Gone. My car has ventilated seats, so I vacuum them really well, then apply the leather cleaner as directed and it works like a charm. Between deep cleanings, i spot clean and I believe using this product makes that easy because dirt or mud just wipes off with a wet towel. I don't have the issue of sliding around on my seats after I've used the product. The smell is not overwhelming. Great cleaning solution the leaves my seats soft and slightly shiny.
I have been using this product on the leather seats of my vintage car for the past 3 summers (it is stored away during the winter). My only concern is what it will do to the leather seats long term with continued use, hence the 4 stars. It is well known that several other leather-care products available out there can weaken the leather and its stitching over the long run. So far I have had no problems but I am keeping my fingers crossed.
