I love what this product is and all the wonderful benefits you get from this one oil.The tiny downside for me is the bitter taste, it is hard for me to swallow on its own, so will have to add it to my salad dressings.

This is officially the tastiest flaxseed oil I’ve had to date. Way better than the supermarket brand which always seemed to have a strange scent. I add it into my daily morning smoothies and onto my avocado toast (highly recommend it trying it on the avo toast - it’s a game changer!)Will be repurchasing this....probably forever :)

Love this flaxseed oil mixed with Cottage cheese to make a creamy salad dressing. So yummy and healthy too.
I love this oil, it has a lovely fresh nutty flavor and is beautiful on top of muesli or granola and yogurt!
This is a must for anyone concerned with their Omega intake but not wanting to eat fish. Omega 3, 6 & 9 - this truly is an amazing oil. It has a slightly bitter taste but I find it does overpower meals, and I now add it to all my meals and smoothies.
Tested a variety of flaxseed oil and this is one of the best. Highly recommended.
