Bought these pants for my significant other. They are incredibly comfortable and nice enough to dress up with belt and button to wear to work in a professional office setting, but also can be worn as casual pants. He loves the technical fabric that feels like wearing work out pants to works yet he looks very put together. I love how they look on him and want them in all the colors.

I have purchased this style in two other colors previously. I loved the fit and length on me was perfect. I decided to get the black and when I tried it on I noticed it was a little bigger and not as slim fight as the same pants I ordered previously. I also ordered the same 32ā€ length but this pant is longer than the pants I own.

I just returned these or hope to. I buy tech-style pants from many manufacturers. I'm still looking for a premium brand worthy of the prices. It isn't Vouri (nor Lulu, etc.). I've gotten lucky (and unlucky) on discount brands (Kenneth Cole, Calvin Klein, Perry Ellis & other random brands) that fit/look great and feel great; they make up for the occasional clunkers (some are not great) in that I'm often paying 1/4 of the price! These Cascade Tech Chino pants clearly state they are 31" inseam & that they are slim fit. I did not find them to be slim fitting-- more like boring Calvin Klein pants I have that are boxy. Then, yes, they definitely were 31". I"m 5'10 and 30" inseam is better. I thought I'd try. The problem is that they are not just baggy in the leg, but in the thigh as well. They look awful on me, but my 5'11" version, I think they don't look crisp on either. My friend had a pair and recommended them and I thought they were baggy on him and looked dumpy.

Cascade Tech Chino Pant | Fog Fog / 33

The pants are very comfortable and flattering. The only negative is that pocket linings are visible when wearing the pants. This is because the pant material is thin and if the pants are sized to fit your form a little snug, which is the intention of the pant design, then the pocket lining will protrude. Again, the pants are very comfortable and look great overall, I will likely get another pair in a different color. The pocket lining showing reduces the versatility of the pants. It makes them a little less professional/business casual, meaning I wouldn’t wear them to an office. Perhaps the intent for the pants was not for that application but perhaps the R&D team could remedy this somehow and increase the pant versatility.

Nice pant but fits big
4 January 2024

I normally wear 32/33 waist for jeans and I bought 32 for Tech Chino Pant and it fits big. I would say if I size it down (31), it may fit better. I think you need to size down to have this pant look slim fit. Otherwise, normal sizing looks kinda standard fit for me. Overall, I like the quality of the pant and the material. The fabric is smooth and thick enough without feeling bulky. Unfortunately, the sizing is a miss for me.

Not very slim
4 August 2024

I order this pair of pants because they were described as a slim cut. I returned them because they were very baggie at the seat and thighs. I’m 6 feet tall, 175 pounds. Slim build. I thought the quality was good, just disappointed with the fit. The return process was very easy and the refund came quickly.

I bought a pair about 2 months ago comparing Public Rec Workday2.0 pants which I have a couple of pairs vs the Chino Cascade 36 olive green Absolutely love these They look sharp. Just enough stretch, where the other has so much stretch. These stay up on my waist were the other brand stretches a full size or more during the day and have come undone a few times to many.So how could I be so mad over awesome pants? I’ve been losing weight from 240 to 186. I walked into the store at Old Orchard Mall in Illinois. Great store. So glad your here. I’ve got 2 pair I bought when I was a 36. Now I’m a 35. Your missing a 35! Why did you leaves those out. Your 34s are too tight. Too late to return even though they have tags. Anyway. You don’t have them. So I guess I have to pay extra to make them a 35. Anyway, love them! Just want you to expand the size option to fit everyone.

Ultralight weight, comfortable, and stylish

Got these on a whim at a local outdoor recreation store prior to multi-country trip in Europe as they seemed like they would pack well and would keep me warm during ~50F nights but stay cool when the temps got to ~75F. Ended up wearing them almost every day of the trip. The inseam is fixed at 31.5", which is perfect for me since I'm somewhere between a 30 and 32" inseam. They are marketed as slim fit but they are not skin tight and I'd say more on the relaxed side if you have average sized/athletic legs.

I needed some black chinos to go with my wedding suit that had stretch and still a flattering fit. These pants are perfect. Look great. Feel great. Move great. I'll probably get some in different colors, bc they are so damn comfortable.
