In 2019, I ordered 4 shirts (wuk05872856) of which 2 were made in India, 1 in China and the other in Malaysia. The quality was very good, certainly worth £21:95 each, and this encouraged me to buy 8 more this year (wuk09135836) with 6 made in China and 2 in Vietnam at £34:75 each. I have been extremely disappointed with the quality of all the shirts, as the material is noticeably thinner and the collars are smaller and quite limp. Any association with Jermyn Street comes under the trade’s description act! At best, I could only give 2 stars but, at more than £30, probably 1.5 stars. They are just too thin and the collars should not be crumpled – they should be like the ones bought in 2019.I think all websites should show where a product is made – unfortunately, I ... I am a repeat customer and I ordered multiple dress shirts (about 10 in total) in 15.5 neck 34 inch sleeve with slim fit. I ordered this same size and cut for 15+ shirts about 3-4 years ago. The quality of the shirts I received is terrible compared to the older shirts. The white shirts are easier to see through and the collars are not as rigid and crisp on any of the shirts. The cut on the body seemed about the same and consistent across all 10 shirts; however, the cut down the sleeve is very poor. One shirt will be baggy in the bicep, while another will be baggy in the forearm. A few of the dress shirts measure closer to 35 inches long mostly the white colored shirts i ordered. The cuffs are tapered belling out towards my hand. Compared to the older shirts the ... Compared to the older shirts the sleeve and cuff fit and cut seemed almost perfect. In lieu of CT's degrading quality I have already had to source my dress slacks from another Company and now I will have to do the same for my dress shirts. I have had to pay more elsewhere to get the same quality I once got from CT, but I am happy with quality products that last more than one year.Cannot recommend CT to anyone who would like to dress business professional on a daily basis. You will be disappointed unfortunately.

I ordered 16.5 33. Neck is too tight (although from other companies, it's fine). That being said, for CT shirts I need a 17 33 which you do not offer. I have bought 6 shirts recently in the 16.5 33 size and planning to return them as it's too tight around the neck. I recently sent this feedback and I got a reply from Nicholas as follows:"Sadly, your size is indeed not one we have much demand for and so we don't offer it as part of our 'core' lineup. I am sure you will appreciate we need to have demand to offer certain sizes and the sleeve length you require is quite short for the neck size. We're more than happy to shorten the sleeves for you, however, if required. Pockets, again, are something we're happy to offer but do not come as 'standard'. They are an ... MoreI ordered 16.5 33. They are an 'optional extra', so to speak - the majority of customers don't want them, so we offer them to customers as an alteration if they do. Just like monogramming."He says: "We're more than happy to shorten the sleeves for you". If that is at no cost, I will take him up on the offer. However, I certainly would not pay for that as I can certainly purchase from another company such as Twillory which seem to want to accommodate a guy like me and indeed offers 17 33. Please let me know.In terms of your not offering pockets, which I mentioned in my previous feedback - I appreciate your response - that is a business decision. However, you used to offer pockets consistently on Business Casual shirts. Yet, you stopped entirely. Casual implies just that and, in my opinion (for what that's worth), a casual shirt should have a pocket. Thanks for taking the time to read this and please get back to me if you will shorten a 17 34 and make it into a 17 33 at no charge.Dr. Joshua ChoppA very long time CT customer (which I fear will change)

I love this shade of blue! The fabric and cut is amazing! Far better than anything I can find at a local department store department store. The split yoke is a feature that now I’ve tried I may never go back. Driving into the office I can actually lift my arms freely without that shoulder pinch, idk if it’s direct result of the material or split yoke… but whatever it is CT nailed it. Keep it up CT, & thank you!!
I visited the Charles Thyrwitt store in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia and I was amazed by the helpful associate named “Jamila”. From the moment I stepped in the store, Jamila asked how to help me, brought me various samples, and ultimately checked me out. She is an epitome of a good worker and CT should look to hire more employees like her (maybe she can even teach a training course for new employees?). Almost my entire closet is filled with CT and I appreciate your good products. Thank you.
In the visit to the first store staff was angry and overloaded, can understand that, tried very quickly a specific shirt number that seemed ok, was told to order online with alterations. Received 4 horrible shirts, with the worst fitting, nothing like the one tried in store, and the alterations were done wrongly, ended up with a balloon shirt with super shortened sleeves.Went to the second store, customer service was great, managed to exchange the order for non-altered shirts, but lost the money paid on the alterations that were done wrongly (excessive shortening of the sleeves for 13 instead of 14 as ordered), 44 pounds lost.Tried one normal size shirt without alterations that seemed ok when worn in store, and fitting was fine, so ordered 2 black and 1 navy of ... What I received a few weeks later was again a horrible fitting, dare to say is the worst shirt I ever had in my life, with a huge fabric leftover under the arms, and made of an uncomfortable synthetic fabric that is nothing like the ones that are given for size trial in-store.Service was good in the second store, but the product received is nothing like what is given to try in store, the worst purchase experience ever, the product I received in the end is really ugly. I really wish I could receive my money back, for the alterations and the horrible black shirts, and also possibly for the navy blue one that will probably be as bad as the others when it arrives.
To be honest once my grandson has this shirt on the difference between a cutaway collar and an extreme cutaway collar is negligible as he doesn't wear a tie. It looks great with the top button open under his suit jacket. Nice, smart work shirt. It hasn't been washed yet so I don't know how he will fare with the non iron properties, although I have advised him to hang it up straight out of the tumble dryer. Personally I iron the collar, cuffs and placket of a non iron shirt even if worn under a suit. I have been told that ironing spoils the non iron properties of a shirt but I am programmed in on ironing day! As Grandson is expected to iron his own shirts I doubt this will ever feel an iron so I'll be interested to see how it fares.
I bought new ‘non iron’ work shirts. Excellent quality, I like a crisper finish so I do a quick iron but if you dry them on a hanger or in a tumble dryer and hang them up they come out fine. Good multi buy discount which meant they were affordable. Will definitely buy from then again when I need some more. Only disappointment was that some of the colours I liked the look of weren’t available in a slim fit version but you can’t have everything😊
