It seems they've discontinued the Wilson ProStaff shoe that I loved and spent countless years in. I tried an earlier version of this shoe and was not pleased - very jarring to the back. I drove all over the Raleigh, NC area to the pro shops, spent an entire day trying on shoes of all brands, makes, and models and then slid THIS iteration of this shoe on and it felt like I had a new pair of Pro Staffs on. I then did a tennis lesson of 60 straight minutes of footwork and waited... I"m a 50yo male in fair-to-good shape. My back, feet, and calves never developed the stiff, sore, or shooting pains I'd grown accustomed to in the absence of my beloved Pro Staffs. So, in sum, VERY happy with this iteration of THIS shoe!

I have been playing pickleball for about 3 months, wearing my Nike running shoes. As the level of my game picked up, I felt that I needed to get a more specific shoe for pickleball. These shoes are great, especially for the price. I’ve noticed a significant difference in being able to move on the court, specifically in moments when I have to quickly move laterally. Highly recommend.I’m probably going to pick up another pair (if I can find a different color combo), just to alternate between playing sessions. This is my first pair of Wilson’s and I’m impressed.

I heard good reviews about these shoes, and measured my feet 3 times according to the Wilson Shoe Size guide. I did it myself and had someone else do it as well. I normally wear a 10.5 and it measured me at 9! I've never worn a 9 in my life, so I ordered a 9.5, assuming it would still be too small. They just arrived today and yes, they're still too small. Granted, it's only by a small margin, but I can feel my "ring toe" push against the front of the foot when I push off for a run or stride. I'm probably a Wilson 10. And I just went to start a return and I am going to be charged shipping for the return. So dissapointed I went with this company. The Rush Pro Ace "Pickler" has a great balance of firm support and excellent cushioning underfoot. It has a bit more room in the toe box than I really need, but your mileage may vary. The ankle/heel lockdown is excellent and my feet are never sore even after 2-3 hours of pickleball.I'm pretty sure this is the exact same shoe as the (non-Pickler) Rush Pro Ace -- just in different colorways -- which I bought last fall and have been very happy with. I liked the shoe so much I bought three more pairs during Wilson's buy-one get-one (half off) sale. Thanks, Wilson!
I wore nike air vapor tour for years, they took out the air and the heels are too hard, no longer comfortable, so i tried these. These are solid. They do pitch you forward compared to the nike's - that led to one fall until I got used to them. The laces are also too long and slippery material and don't stay tied, I replaced them. But they are comfortable and move well on the court and overally very good. I tried the regular rush-pro, they were too narrow in the toebox area to wear. These have nice room in the toe box, could use a bit less width in the middle of the shoe and an extra set of eyelets to pull the heel in better would also be a nice minor improvement (Asics and Nike both have this). I'll be getting another pair of these in the next week or so.Wear is 'no ... MoreI wore nike air vapor tour for years, they took out the air and the heels are too hard, no longer comfortable, so i tried these. Bought Rush Pro Ace (found it at the top of a Best Men’s Pickleball Shoes list) and after trying a second pair of K-Swiss, I was glad I switched. I usually wear a size 10.5 so I ordered a 10.5 and it felt big in the toe box. I research sizing court shoes and found any folks suggesting to go up one half size to allow room for swelling/inflammation. I’ve worn them twice on the courts so far; I’m moderately aggressive yet not a “banger” so I move around a lot; I love getting gets!Side note: I do use Powerstep full orthotics to help with a falling arch and Achilles tendinitis (read aggressive player) and the shoes accommodate them nicely.
I have played on these shoes a couple dozen times now and just cannot love them. I wear a size 12 in all of my shoes. That is what I purchased in this shoe also. Unfortunately, I have to pull the strings to the max tightness to keep my foot from sliding around. Additionally, the walls where my ankle come out of the shoe are too tall and rub my ankle bones very uncomfortably. Would not recommend this shoe, but if you do go with it, i recommend downsizing.
Purchased these shoes as I wanted some extra wide ones and I'm a fan of Wilson. While at a first glance it looks narrow, the shoes have plenty of room for wide feet and I'm happy in that sense. The problem with them is the cheap laces that they came with. You can see from the pics that after playing for 6-7 times in a month or so, the laces are starting to have a problem. I reached out to the support team and they said that they are not covered in the "limited warranty". The company don't care about a dissatisfied customer and it's obvious from my interaction. This is the last purchase I'm going to make at Wilson.
I have never worn a Wilson shoe before this one. I was nervous at first because I normally wear Nike products. I am a believer in this product. The shoe fits great and is very comfortable. We normally play pickleball for 2 to 3 hours and my feet have been sore in the past. This shoe has the right amount of softness and stability to keep me playing longer. Highly Recommend.
Quite possibly the best shoes on the market. I was in Nike Pro for 30 years and their shoes have become too narrow and cause foot issues. The Wilson Rush Pro Ace is the most comfortable and supported shoe I've worn in many years but as usual the company has stopped making them and the upgrade is terrible. I'm sorry but why do companies insist on destroying their best products. Will soon look at your ratings on this shoe, five stars across the board. Look at the ratings on your new shoes two and three stars. Get a clue and stick with the shoe everyone loves. Please don't stop making the Rush Pro Ace.
