I work on my feet in steel toe boots on concrete for 9 hours a day usually. I was experiencing a lot of foot pain and thought I needed more arch support. These didn't fit for me without removing the insoles in my boots, and while they did help a little bit with the pain and fatigue in my feet, it ultimately was not enough. I replaced the boots and got new insoles that have been working better.The quality of this product seemed fine, but I didn't love the fact that they were only like a half-insole. They would slide around when putting my shoes on and would have to be adjusted down towards the heel. Maybe I was using them for the wrong application, I don't know.

I had been in serious heel & footpain for many years. Ibuprofen & Tylenol were my best friends (per se). I finally had time to go to a Podiatrist & he stated that I needed to have a shoe support if I didn't want surgery. No surgery for me & the custom orthotics were too expensive. Then he told me about SUPERFEET Easy Fit insoles & where I could buy the insoles. Purchased them & wore them in my work shoes & I was told that it would take about a week to break the insoles in & my pain gradually subsided & over 10 years later my plantar faciitis is completely gone! The key is to let them conform to your foot/feet. Make sure you purchase the right size as well. I am an actual customer with an actual account of the benefit of these inexpensive insoles. Wow! I am absolutely blown away by how well the EasyFit insoles fit in so many of my shoes, even ones that DO NOT have removable insoles. I have high arches but I love to wear slip-on flats and tie-up flats like Skechers, Converse, Vans, Roxy etc... I am able to wear them all day long if I have to, without the ache I usually get towards the middle/end of the day. I highly recommend these insoles. The price is reasonable, they are easy to remove and I like the fact that they are so low profile that you can barely feel the transition from the insole to the shoe. The end of the insole lies right in the middle of your foot and I hated my custom orthotics for this reason alone, I could always feel the drop-off, at the end of the orthotic, it was so annoying and ... MoreWow! I also have problems with my knees and SI joint from degenerative joint and connective tissue diseases. The pain was starting to affect how I was walking - hobbling on the outside of my feet to avoid putting pressure on the arch and trying to stop my feet and ankles from rotating inwards.I spoke with medical team about how to ease the pain and help correct my gait. I could not afford the custom orthotics recommended by my podiatrist for these conditions - I don't now many people who have $400 hanging around! That is when I learned about SUPERFEET! She highly recommended them, was given the name of them by her chiropractor, in fact. My sister recommended them so much, she had me pick out what kind I wanted and bought them for me!I picked out the 3/4 length Delux Dress Fit for Women. These things are fantastic :) The arch support is in just the right place! The heel cup is deep but does not put any extra pressure on my arches. It stays in place in my shoes - I've worn them in sneakers, flats, and boots (heel less than 1"). It took about a week for my feet to get used to these inserts, and now I cannot imagine wearing shoes without them! The pain in my ankles and feet is reducing - my ankles and feet do not push inwards as much when I'm walking. I've also noticed my knees, SI joints and hips are becoming more aligned - with fewer pressure points, less imbalance, and more confidence in my gait. I've had them for just under a month now... and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs some extra support for their feet, has flat arches, or rolls their ankles inwards frequently.
I use these for my dress shoes. I have put them in several brands from Cole Haan, J&M, to Ferragamo. They add a little heal height, assist in the fit of the shoe, and of course allows e to wear them more comfortably for more hours. It’s simple to install, and easy to switch between pairs of shoes, or like me just get a few sets.
This is the 3rd or 4th pair I have of this style. Use them in my various shoes everyday. SuperFeet inserts are the best (for me anyway) and I’ve tried a few brands. I don’t replace these as often as I should because they hold up so well that 2 or 3 years will go by and I see that cover is starting to fall off. I have 5 different inserts—orange, green, blue, hiking & these. I’ve liked everyone, but the blue (had in gym shoes & they didn’t hit the arch right & were too firm for my needs.)
Physical therapist and podiatrist have recommended Superfeet inserts to me. When we don't stand straight, our bodies are out of alignment causing pain. The inserts force me to carry my body perfectly in a gentle way. When I don't wear them within an hour I notice pain. My husband wears them too because he was having hip pain. When he started wearing the inserts the hip pain went away. I wish I had started wearing them earlier, so I could have prevented the wear and tear on my knees and back. Easy to switch between shoes. I use velcro dots for sandals to secure them and it keeps the inserts in place. I have been wearing them for years and they are must haves for comfort.
The worst part of these insoles are that they slip around in your shoes. You definitely can't put your shoes on in a hurry. I fight with them every morning when I put my shoes on. The good thing is that they really do offer good support.I have several pair of the Superfeet Green and I love those. I've been using them for years. I just got a new pair of shoes and decided to try these partial inserts. I wish I wouldn't have bought 2 pair. I hate the slipping around. I'll stick with the full insole next time.
