Allium sativum Bulb Fresh 1 g) 333 μg Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 26 μg. Directions Take one capsule daily with food, 3 months prior to trying for a baby and until you conceive or as directed by your healthcare professional. Purchased these tablets as my fiance and I are thinking of trying for a baby. Definitely the best value for money. Tablets are easy to take with juice or water and have noticed that after 4-6weeks, the volume and consistency of semen has changed so I can assume these have made a difference!

Capsule are on the big size, if you are not used to taking big capsules this will be hard, haven't see any result as per direction need at least 3 month prior before trying
During having *** my ***** is more harder and more lubricant . I also observe there is a increase of my ***** volume as well . My wife love it during the volume ***** injected in . I love the feeling as well . I will be doing my ***** test in another 2 week and perhaps share the result of the count later .

Was trying to conceive for a few months and nothing. We are both older, my husband is over 40, and we purchased this to boost our chances. Bought a second container but will happy return it as it is unopened!
The delivery speed is good this time, but the price rises significantly compared to months ago. Not sure about the effect as we are still trying pregnancy, not successful so far.
This product only 5 months last . The best- before date is Dec. 2021. The online shopping is soooooo disappointed
