I am a repeat customer and I ordered multiple dress shirts (about 10 in total) in 15.5 neck 34 inch sleeve with slim fit. I ordered this same size and cut for 15+ shirts about 3-4 years ago. The quality of the shirts I received is terrible compared to the older shirts. The white shirts are easier to see through and the collars are not as rigid and crisp on any of the shirts. The cut on the body seemed about the same and consistent across all 10 shirts; however, the cut down the sleeve is very poor. You will be disappointed unfortunately.

I ordered a “super” slim fit, but unfortunately the fit was awful. It was more like a regular and the material was scratchy and felt like an old dried up tea towel. Very disappointed so I sent all 4 shirts back.

It was easy to order (and replace the item when it didn't fit). Quality of the shirt itself is awesome. I like it. The only downside was that it takes time to ship from UK to US but this is understandable.

It was easy to order (and replace the item when it didn't fit). Quality of the shirt itself is awesome. I like it. The only downside was that it takes time to ship from UK to US but this is understandable.
Shirts arrived on time. Cannot fault the customer experience. The quality of the product however is poor in comparison to competitors like TM lewin who are equivalently priced allowing for promotions. Purchased a combination of twill, poplin and herringbone, all very thin, plus the collars are incredibly flimsy and lack structure.
I have purchased quite a few shirts over the past year and half. I ran into the same issue with about 6-8 shirts where the seam on the cuff of the sleeve came undone. I went to return these shirts because they all had the same product defect. I was told that nothing could be done due to the fact it was longer than 6 months since purchase. Also, because this was an issue they had not seen before. I was very disappointed in the quality and customer service while trying to come up with a solution. I rarely write reviews however the shirts are not cheap and I expected more from Charles Trywitt as a company. I will not be purchasing anything in the future.
