As the name suggests this is a smart and easy storage solution for your kitchen. Looks great sitting in your fridge, counter or pantry. And the quality is just awesome! Looking forward to replacing all my old storage boxes.

As well as trying to reduce my use of plastics for sustainability reasons, I'm concerned about the health risks of plastics from containers leaching into foods. I can taste the plastic often in things that have been stored this way. So I'm delighted with these robust and airtight containers for food storage.

I am trying to move away from plastics in the kitchen and was very happy to see this range of glass containers. The main body is glass and the lid is plastic/silicon.Great seal, easy to clean (dishwasher friendly), microwave safe, freezer safe and stackable. Great all rounder!!

The 15 oz Mepal Food Container, was sent to me by Food 52. I immediately liked the clean & modern design. I tested it out, for about a week, storing some Berries and it did a great job of keeping them fresh, for a longer period. The Berries also didn't absorb any other food odors, and that's a huge plus for me! However, the lock could've been easier to use. It should lift higher, upon opening, so that it can be securely closed, with ease.
I bought four of these, expecting great things. A few months on, 3 are in the bin with sharp chips to the rim. I have no idea how this happened. I have owned the equivalent pyrex dishes for many years without problems. Do not buy these.
My partner and I have absolutely loved Mepal's Microwaveable Nested Storage Boxes and Bowls, so we were incredibly grateful when Food52 sent us two 15 oz. EasyClip Glass Boxes to test. First and foremost, the quality and thickness of the glass are phenomenal. We both enjoy heavily seasoned foods, which tend to stain even the best plastic containers, so these boxes are a godsend. I appreciate that they stack for storage purposes, and I particularly love the steam vent on the lid. I did have a moment where I thought the lids were coming loose, likely because I tend to hold everything by the lid. However, the lids do not come off unless you intentionally un-clip them. I'll definitely be ordering larger sizes to complete our set.
Have used this for a while - oven safe, freezer safe and dishwasher safe can't go wrong really .. only slight minus is might need to soak for abit sometimes before washing.Clip very useful for refrigeration without having to empty into separate container.
This seemed a useful multipurpose container. It was not until I was unpacking the product that I spotted the small print showing the limitations of use in a microwave - 2mins 750watt. If the main reason for buying the product is to use it in a microwave, think again.
These storage boxes are absolutely wonderful. I would’ve given this five stars except that the color I ordered was white instead of the sage I contacted the customer service department and offered to return the white in exchange for the Sage, well, another set and white was sent. I cannot justify asking for the correct color in case another white set is delivered Other than the wrong color, the storage boxes are pretty nice.
I have eliminated all plastic food storage in our home and do a lot of food prep so I am always on the lookout for new glass storage. When these arrived I was a bit concerned that they seemed quite thin and like normal drinking glass glass, not like the kind of glass my other containers are, the kind that I thought would chip really easily in the dishwasher etc and low and behold I have just had to throw out a batch of ratatouille I had planned for using this week straight in the bin. Very very disappointed with the quality but also the inconvenience of taking the time to prep food and have to throw it in the bin and having to organise and package up to return 6 food tubs for a refund.
