Purchased the bike as a rookie to start cycling for some exercise and really impressed with the Bike. Great value for Ј650 and Tredz were excellent as bike was built and shipped out to me within 48 hours. The bike was all set up and ready to go and i can't be more impressed. For a rookie its brilliant with a great range of gears that help you on all terrains and inclines and handles the road and canal tow paths etc really well. Great value & Spec for the money. Thank You Tredz!!

Great service from Tredz, bike was built before delivery and packaged well, delivered on time and communication throughout was spot on. The bike itself is excellent, perfect for a mixture of road and trails, great range of adjustments to handlebars & saddle to suit all and the lockable suspension is easily accessible whilst riding when you switch terrains.

The gears slide too easy and the chain has come off a lot, the seat post suspension is poor doesn't cushion
For being a small sized bike its actually very big, as it stands it's a higher frame than a boardman 8.9 medium, and the seat post adds 3 inches because of the post suspension and feels a little heavy but otherwise a good bike

Using the sizing guide I chose the medium Merida Crossway. Given that I am 5ft 8 and the sizing guide states it fits 5ft 3 to 5ft 11, I felt confident it would be a decent fit. When it arrived, even at the lowest seat height I could barely reach the ground. I have ended up having to swap out an old seat post to lower the position slightly to make it more comfortable. Now it’s been adapted I’m off and running and so far the ride is pretty comfortable
Three times returned under warranty and still not repaired.
