I asked for a copy of the invoice. I have not received it. Its been 2 weeks.. Moreover poor communication and long response 3 yeras ago they have a different staff more care now nobody care..
Great bike for the wife, easy to ride and perfect for bush tracks and handles nicelyVery happy
Brookvale Store especially Kayden were very helpful. Bike is the right fit for my daughter and she loves it.
Took a while for the bike to arrive in store (3 weeks) but runs well and good value.
Bike itself is good but makes a weird noise on gears 4 and above, called success store from where we purchased the bike (& got the bike delivered to our house in Harrisdale). However we have been told to take the bike to their store so they can fix it!Why would I pay for a home delivery in the first place if I could take the bike to their store myself??? Poor customer service!
My daughter loved this bike. It’s light weighted, easy to ride and good looking.
