These sandals are comfortable but I’m not sure I’d want to wear them on a longer trek because the straps at the front are decorative, but not adjustable. So I suspect these will be more for sightseeing and mooching about than for proper walking. Also I have quite a narrow foot and I don’t think anyone with a wide foot would find them comfortable.

I bought these for gardening and walking in. I have a nerve impingement on my foot and I was looking for a summer shoe that would be lightweight, comfortable, supportive and not rub and so far these are proving to be very good. I like the khaki colour and they look ok on too. Not too clunky or old fashioned. I have it four stars only because the back strap is a bit loose but I can’t tighten any more because the Velcro would not be in the right place and so won’t Velcro together. I find Merrells to fit my fit well and these were a super price too.

Bought these for my mother. She’s very fussy with what she puts on her feet. She loves them! The navy is a lovely colour. I have them in the rock colour. Would buy again for us both

The sandals are super comfortable for me and what a great price. I'mooking to buy a second pair. They were delivered on time and I felt that I was informed all the time.
Super comfortable for walking on beach, through woods and around town. They look dainty and smart unlike most walking sandals. Highly recommended.
My first pair of Merrell sandals. They arrived much quicker than anticipated (I live in new Zealand). They are light but with a surprisingly supportive foot bed.
Merrell used to be so good ; now it’s just mediocre quality, mediocre design and not very hard wearing. Glad I bought these at a heavy discount, as they’re definitely not worth the full price.
Bought these for a four day city break. Day 1 - 11 mile walking, Day 2 - 7 miles and they were super comfy, not blisters, no hot spots. And don't look clunky or grumpy. Very happy with purchase.
Elegant walking sandal that is attractive enough to wear other than for walking. Extremely comfortable sole. Velcro ankle adjustments. Medium width fitting.
These sandals are comfortable, however if you have wide feet they may be a bit tight. I have plantar fasciitis and found them comfortable to walk a couple of miles or so yesterday. The sole is nice and sponges and you can walk over fairly rough terrain without any problems. Great price in the sale too!
