Mag Citrate by Metagenics helps with cramping from menstrual cycle and with sleep. I must be deficent in magensium. I have tried others and this one works best. It helps the best if I use it daily. However it has helped when my cramping is getting to me. It also helped after a 1/2 marathon I did. I was light headed and dizzy and it took that away within a half hour. I must have depleted myself that day. I made my father take this along with some potassium drink after he finished his first 5K. I wanted to encourage him to keep doing it and not to suffer like I did for a short time before I figured it out after my 1/2 marathon.

Mag Citrate by Metagenics helps with cramping from menstrual cycle and with sleep. I must be deficent in magensium. I have tried others and this one works best. It helps the best if I use it daily. I tried taking other magnesium supplements in the past, but my magnesium blood test level was always low. After taking Metagenics Mag Citrate for a month I was finally able to bring my level up to a normal range.
I have used many different brands of Magnesium Citrate, not all are as effective as the Metagenics, I highly recommend yo use this product!
So good for my sleep, and for my heart ... no more palpitations that keep me awake all night!
I have been using this product for the past 8 months and it is the best. I have started sleeping way better and peaceful and my bowel movement has improved. The price could go down just a bit though.

I’ve started using this on recommendation from my naturopath. I feel good on it but it doesn’t get my 5 stars due to the size of the tablets and needing to take 3 in one go would be easier if they were smaller.
I have been taking Mag Citrate by Metagenics for two years. Originally prescribed by my functional medicine practitioner, it has helped tremendously with my digestion system and keeps my system regular. I take it in the evening so that the "e;Mag"e; can assist with sleeping as well. Great product!
